নিজস্ব প্রতিনিধি সুমাল্য মৈত্রের রিপোর্টঃ পল্লী কবি জসীম উদ্দিনের লেখা সেই বিখ্যাত নক্সী কাঁথার নিয়ে লেখা কবিতা । আমরা প্রায় সকলেই সেই কবিতার সাথে পরিচিত । গ্ৰাম বাংলার সেই হারিয়ে যাওয়া বিভিন্ন নকশি কাঁথা নিয়ে এবার প্রদর্শনীর উদ্বোধন করলেন গগনেন্দ্র প্রদর্শনশালায়। এই প্রদর্শনীর উদ্বোধন করলেন পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের বন বিভাগের প্রতিমন্ত্রী এবং ঝাড়গ্রাম বিধানসভার সদস্য বীরবাহ হাঁসদা । এই প্রদর্শনীতে অংশগ্রহণ করেছে বীরভূম, দক্ষিণ 24 পরগনা, পূর্ব বর্ধমান, পশ্চিম বর্ধমান, সোনারপুর, নদিয়া, মুর্শিদাবাদ তথা বাংলার বিভিন্ন জেলার শিল্পীরা । এই প্রদর্শনী চলবে পাঁচই অক্টোবর থেকে আটই অক্টোবর 2023 পর্যন্ত প্রতিদিন দুপুর দুটো থেকে রাত নটা অব্দি। বাংলার নকসীকাঁথার এই প্রদর্শনীর আয়োজনে আছে লোকসংস্কৃতি ও আদিবাসী সংস্কৃতি কেন্দ্র তথ্য ও সংস্কৃতি বিভাগ পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার ।
Sumalya Moitra’s report: A poem written by rural poet Jasim Uddin about that famous Naxi Kanthar. Almost all of us are familiar with that poem. Gaganendra inaugurated the exhibition with the missing nakshi kantha of Gram Bangla. The exhibition was inaugurated by Birbah Hansda, Minister of State for Forests, Government of West Bengal and Member of The Jhargram Assembly. Artists from Birbhum, South 24 Parganas, Purba Bardhaman, West Burdwan, Sonarpur, Nadia, Murshidabad and other districts of Bengal participated in the exhibition. The exhibition will run from 2 pm to 9 pm every day from October 5 to October 8, 2023. The exhibition is being organized by the Centre for Folk Culture and Indigenous Culture, Department of Information and Culture, Government of West Bengal.
