মোহাম্মদ জাকারিয়াঃ করণদিঘীঃ তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসের সাধারণ সম্পাদক অভিষেক অভিষেক বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের নেতৃত্বে বাংলার বঞ্চিত শ্রমিকদের ১০০দিনের কাজের টাকা ও আবাস যোজনার পাওনা বকেয়া টাকার দাবীতে দিল্লীর যন্তর-মন্তরে শান্তিপূর্ণ অবস্থানে কেন্দ্র সরকার ও দিল্লী পুলিশের আক্রমনের প্রতিবাদে করণদিঘীতে প্রতিবাদ সভা ও ধিক্কার মিছিলের আয়োজন করা হয় বুধবার। এদিন করণদিঘী বাস স্ট্যান্ডে প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদি ও কেন্দ্রীয় কৃষি মন্ত্রী গিরিরাজ সিংএ-র পুষ্পতল দাহ করা হয়। তৃণমূল সূত্রে জানা গেছে, দিল্লিতে বিজেপির স্বৈরাচারী সরকার তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস নেতৃত্ব যারা বাংলার মানুষের অধিকারের জন্য দিল্লিতে গিয়েছিলেন তাদেরকে দিল্লির পুলিশ বাহিনী দ্বারা নির্যাতনের শিকার হতে হয়, এর প্রতিবাদে রাজ্য তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসের নির্দেশনায় এবং করণদিঘীর বিধায়ক গৌতম পালের পরামর্শে জেলা তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস ডাকে করণদিঘী ব্লক তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসের সহযোগিতায় ধিক্কার মিছিলের আয়োজন হয়। করণদিঘীর বিধায়ক গৌতম পাল জানান অবিলম্বে আমরা ন্যায্য পাওনা ১০০দিনের কাজের টাকা ও আবাস যোজনার পাওনা বকেয়া টাকার দিতে হবে, না হলে মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় ও অভিষেক বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় নেতৃত্বে আগামী দিনে বৃহত্তর আন্দোলন করবো। এদিন উপস্থিত ছিলেন উত্তর দিনাজপুর জেলা পরিষদের সভাধিপতি পম্পা পাল, করণদিঘীর বিধায়ক গৌতম পাল মহাশয় এবং পঞ্চায়েত সমিতির সভাপতি, সহকারী সভাপতি, ব্লক সভাপতি, সহ সভাপতি, পঞ্চায়েত সমিতি মেম্বার, গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েতের প্রধান, অঞ্চল সভাপতি, শাখা সংগঠনের প্রধান সহ তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসের অন্যান্য নেতৃত্বগণ। 
Mohammad Zakaria: Karandighi: A protest meeting and dhikka march was organized in Karandighi on Wednesday under the leadership of Trinamool Congress General Secretary Abhishek Abhishek Banerjee to protest the attack of the central government and the Delhi Police on a peaceful stand in Delhi’s Jantar-Mantar demanding 100 days’ work money and arrears of housing scheme. On this day, the flowers of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Agriculture Minister Giriraj Singh were cremated at the Karandighi bus stand. According to Trinamool sources, the Trinamool Congress leadership, who went to Delhi for the rights of the people of Bengal, were subjected to torture by the Delhi Police, under the direction of the State Trinamool Congress and on the advice of Karandighi MLA Gautam Pal, called the District Trinamool Congress in collaboration with the Karandighi Block Trinamool Congress, according to Trinamool sources.
