CAA নিয়ে বিরোধীরা রাজনীতি করছে, CAA লাঘু হবেই, বললেন মন্ত্রী শান্তনু ঠাকুর
গোপাল বিশ্বাস, নদীয়া- রবিবার নদীয়ার নবদ্বীপ শহরে সারা ভারত কীর্তন বাউল ও ভক্তিগীতি কল্যাণ ট্রাস্ট ( শিল্পী সংসদের) এর মহা সমাবেশের আয়োজন করা হয়, নবদ্বীপ ধাম রেল স্টেশন সংগ্লগ্ন রেলওয়ে রিক্রিয়েশনের মাঠে। এদিনের এই সমাবেশে উপস্থিত ছিলেন রাজ্য বিজেপির সভাপতি, তথা বালুরঘটের সাংসদ সুকান্ত মজুমদার, ছিলেন কেন্দ্রীয় মন্ত্রী শান্তনু ঠাকুর, সর্ব ভরতীয় শিল্পী সংসদের সভাপতি সিদ্ধার্থ নস্কর সহ সংগঠনের বিভিন্ন স্তরের নেতৃত্ব ও কর্মী সমর্থক সহ কয়েকহাজার মতুয়া, বাউল, কীর্তন সহ বিভিন্ন ক্ষেত্রের শিল্পী ও সমর্থকেরা। সেখানেই উপস্থিত হয়ে একাধারে যেমন শান্তনু ঠাকুর CAA নিয়ে রাজ্য সরকার সহ কংগ্রেস ও বিরোধীদের একহাত নেন, পাশাপাশি সুকান্ত মজুমদারও একই ভাবে বিরোধী দের কটাক্ষের পাশাপাশি মহুয়া মৈত্রকে নিয়েও তীর্যক ভাষায় কটাক্ষ করেন। শান্তনু ঠাকুর বলেন ২০০ বছর বাস করার পরেও রোহিঙ্গারা বিতাড়িত হয়েছিল শুধুমাত্র থাইল্যান্ড থেকে আসার কারণে, ভারত ভাগের সময় জাতি গত ভাবে এদেশে তাদের বাসস্থান এবং নিরাপত্তা দেওয়ার কথা থাকলেও তা আজও সম্ভব হয়নি। বিগত কংগ্রেস সহ বিরোধী সরকার দায় এড়ালেও বর্তমান কেন্দ্রীয় সরকার সি এ এ চালু করে আইনের মাধ্যমে দেশবাসী হিসেবে স্থায়ী তালিকায় নাম তুলতে উদ্যোগী হয়েছে ।
রেশন কার্ড ভোটার কার্ড প্যান কার্ড পাসপোর্ট এই সমস্ত বিভিন্ন বিভাগীয় কাজ কর্মের জন্য। বিরোধী রাজনৈতিক দল তা নিয়ে ভুল বুঝিয়ে ভোট বাক্সে লাভবান হলেও মানুষের জন্য ভাবে কেন্দ্রীয় সরকার । তাই শুধু পশ্চিমবঙ্গ নয় মহারাষ্ট্র মধ্যপ্রদেশ ছত্রিশগড় বিহার সহ বিভিন্ন রাজ্যে বসবাসকারী এদেশে আগত বিপুল সংখ্যক মানুষের আগামী প্রজন্মের স্থায়ী বাসস্থানের এবং নিরাপত্তার নিশ্চিত করতে সি এ এ চালু করে তাদের সুনির্দিষ্ট পরিচয় পত্র দেওয়া হবে।
তিনি আরও বলেন, অতীতের তিক্ত অভিজ্ঞতায় আগামী এক দু’শো বছর বাদে কোন সরকার থাকবে আর তারা কি সিদ্ধান্ত নেবে তা কারোরই জানা নেই তাই আইনগত স্থায়ী নাগরিকত্ব দিতে চলেছে স্বাধীনতার পরবর্তী সময়ে একমাত্র বিজেপি সরকার। এ বিষয়ে অত্যন্ত দূরদর্শী এবং মানবিক প্রধানমন্ত্রী যে সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে চলেছে সেই সুফল ভোগ করবে আগামী দিনের প্রজন্ম।
পাশাপাশি শান্তনু ঠাকুর বলেন বিগত দিনে যারা এদেশে প্রথম এসেছেন তারা সমস্ত সরকারি সুযোগ সুবিধা ভোগ সহ নিরাপত্তা পেলেও বেশিরভাগ ক্ষেত্রেই বাস করতে হচ্ছে কোথাও রেল লাইনের পাশে কোথাও খাস জমিতে । এরকম সংখ্যাটা কম নয়, শুধু পশ্চিমবঙ্গে নয় ভারতের বিভিন্ন রাজ্যে লক্ষ লক্ষ পরিবার রয়েছেন দুর্দশায়, স্বাধীনতার পরবর্তী সময়ে একমাত্র বিজেপি সরকার তাদের কথা ভেবেছে। এদিনের অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজক সংগঠনের পক্ষ থেকে কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের এই যুগান্তকারী পদক্ষেপে কে সাধুবাদ জানিয়ে স্থায়ী নাগরিকত্ব পাওয়ার অগ্রিম শুভেচ্ছা জানিয়েছেন
পরবর্তীতে বিজেপি রাজ্য সভাপতি তথা সাংসদ সুকান্ত মজুমদার বলেন রাম মন্দির স্থাপনে দিন সকলে দীপ বা প্রদীপ জ্বালিয়ে আরো একবার দীপাবলি পালন করা হবে। সারাদেশের মানুষের চাহিদাতে তৈরি হয়েছে রাম মন্দির। সাথে মঞ্চে সকলের সাথে করতাল বাজিয়ে কীর্ত্তনও গাইতে দেখা গেল সুকান্ত মজুমদারকে।
এদিন তিনি সংবাদ মাধ্যমের মুখোমুখি হয়ে মহুয়া মৈত্র প্রসঙ্গে বলেন ধর্মের কল ঠিক নরে, উনি মা কালিকে নিয়ে বিদ্রুপ মন্তব্য করেছিলেন একবছরও হয়নি, তার জবাব উনি পেয়েছেন এরপর উনি ভোটে দাড়ালে মানুষ তাকে ঢোঙ্গা করে পাঠিয়ে দেবে! পাশাপাশি রাজ্যের স্বাস্থ্য ব্যাবস্থা নিয়েও রাজ্য সরকারের বিরুদ্ধে তীব্র ক্ষোভ উগরে দেন, তিনি বলেন রাজ্যের স্বাস্থ্য ব্যাবস্থারই অস্বাস্থ্যকর অবস্থা, মূখ্য মন্ত্রী নিজেই দাবী করেছিলেন কোলকাতার প্রথম সারীর সরকারি হাসপাতালে তার ভুল চিকিৎসা হয়েছিলো, তাহলে সাধারণ মানুষের কি হবে ভবতে হবে।
এবং মূখ্য মন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের পারিবারিক বিয়ের অনুষ্ঠানকেও কটাক্ষ করে বলেন এই প্রথম দেখলাম সরকারি টাকায় বিয়ে হচ্ছে, এরপর রাজ্য সরকার ও পুলিশ ঘটকালি বা প্রজাপতি অফিস খুলবে। সব মিলিয়ে লোকসভা নির্বাচনের আগে নদীয়ার নবদ্বীপে এদিনের এহেন সমাবেশে যে পরিমান জনসমাগম ঘটেছিলো তা বিজেপির যথেষ্ট মনোবল বৃদ্ধি পাবে বলেই মত ওয়াকিবহাল মহলের।
