আজকে কলকাতায় সংবাদমাধ্যমের সাথে কথা বলার সময় ডঃ পার্থ চ্যাটার্জি, শিব নাদার ইউনিভার্সিটি, দিল্লী এনসিআর-এর ডিন অফ অ্যাকাডেমিকস ও অর্থনীতি বিভাগের প্রফেসর মন্তব্য করেন, “আমাদের সকল কর্মসূচির ক্ষেত্রেই কলকাতা থেকে উচ্ছসিত সাড়া পেয়ে আমরা অভিভূত এবং প্রতি বছরই আবেদনের সংখ্যা ক্রমশ বেড়েই চলেছে। পশ্চিমবঙ্গে প্রচুর প্রতিভা আছে এবং আমরা দেখেছি যে এই অঞ্চল থেকে আসা শিক্ষার্থীরা নানা ধরনের কর্মসূচিতেই শ্রেষ্ঠতা লাভ করে, সে হিউম্যানিটিজ অ্যান্ড সোশাল সায়েন্স, ন্যাচারাল সায়েন্স, ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং বা ম্যানেজমেন্ট যাই হোক না কেন। এই বছরও আরো প্রচুর ভালো শিক্ষার্থীদের স্বাগত জানানোর জন্য আমরা উন্মুখ হয়ে আছি।”

সালে প্রতিষ্ঠিত এই বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে আনুমানিক 3000 শিক্ষার্থী ও 250+ শিক্ষক-শিক্ষিকা আছে এবং এটি 286 একর জুড়ে বিস্তৃত একটি আবাসিক ক্যাম্পাস। 2022 সালে এটিকে ‘ইনস্টিটিউশন অফ এমিনেন্স’ হিসাবে ভূষিত করা হয়।

Kolkata, 24 January 2024: India’s youngest Institution of Eminence (IoE), Shiv Nadar University, Delhi-NCR has started admissions for 2024-25. The university is accepting applications in all four departments, namely Engineering, Natural Sciences, Management and Entrepreneurship and Humanities and Social Sciences.
