ডা মুকুট মনি অধিকারীর বিরুদ্ধে মামলা দায়ের, জগন্নাথ সরকারের।
গোপাল বিশ্বাস,নদীয়া – রানাঘাট লোকসভা কেন্দ্রের বিজেপির প্রার্থী হিসেবে বিদায়ী সাংসদ জগন্নাথ সরকার এর নাম ঘোষণার সময় থেকেই কার্যত প্রকাশ্যেই বিরোধ বা দুরত্ব আসে তৎকালীন বিজেপি বিধায়ক ডা মুকুট মনি অধিকারীর। পরবর্তী সময়ে ডা মুকুট মনি অধিকারী দল পরিবর্তন করে তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসে যোগ দেন। ও তৃণমূলের তরফে রানাঘাট লোকসভা কেন্দ্রে প্রার্থী হিসেবে ডা মুকুট মনি অধিকারীর নাম ঘোষণা করে। তার পর থেকেই কখনো প্রচারে, বা জনসভা, তো কখনো সংবাদমাধ্যমের সামনে একে অপরকে কটাক্ষ করতে চাড়েনি কেউ। আর এবার সেই কটাকক্ষ গড়ালো আদালতে। সোমবার ডা মুকুট মনি অধিকারীর বিরুদ্ধে সরাসরি মানহানীরর মামলা দায়ের করলেন জগন্নাথ সরকার। আদালত সেই মামলা গ্রহণ করেছে। জানা যায় নির্বাচনী প্রচারে বেরিয়ে বিভিন্ন সংবাদ মাধ্যমে তৃণমূল প্রার্থী ডা মুকুটমনি অধিকারী বিজেপি প্রার্থী জগন্নাথ সরকারকে কখনো জগাসুর বলে আখ্যা দিয়েছেন, আবার গত পাঁচ বছর ধরে সাংসদ এর ক্ষমতা দেখিয়ে বিভিন্ন জায়গা থেকে তোলা তুলেছেন বলেও জগন্নাথ সরকারের বিরুদ্ধে অভিযোগ তুলেছেন। শুধু তাই নয় কল্যাণী এইমস হাসপাতালে চাকরি দেওয়ার নামে লক্ষ লক্ষ টাকা দুর্নীতি করেছেন বলেও জগন্নাথ সরকারপর বিরুদ্ধে সরব হয়েছেন ডা মুকুট মনি অধিকারী। আর মুকুট মনি অধিকারীর এহেন মন্তব্যে মানহানি হয়েছে বিজেপি প্রার্থী জগন্নাথ সরকারের। সেই অভিযোগে সোমবার রানাঘাট মহাকুমা আদালতে তৃণমূল প্রার্থী মুকুটমণি অধিকারীর বিরুদ্ধে মানহানির মামলা করলেন জগন্নাথ সরকার।তিনি জানান আমি দীর্ঘ ৩৫ বছর ধরে শিক্ষকতা করেছি। অন্যদিকে গত পাঁচ বছর ধরে আমি রানাঘাট কেন্দ্রে সাংসদ রয়েছি। এমত অবস্থায় আমার বিরুদ্ধে যে কুরিচি কর মন্তব্য করা হয়েছে তা সম্পূর্ণ ভিত্তিহীন। আমি মনে করছি প্রকাশ্যে সংবাদ মাধ্যমে আমার বিরুদ্ধে এইসব মন্তব্যের ফলে আমার সম্মানহানি হয়েছে। সেই কারণেই আমি মুকুটমনি অধিকারীর বিরুদ্ধে মানহানির মামলা করলাম। পাশাপাশি এই মামলা প্রসঙ্গে ডা মুকুট মনি অধিকারী সেভাবে মুখ খোলেন নি, তবে তিনি জানান হাটে বাজারে, চায়পর দোকানে কান পাতলে একই কথা শোনা যায়! তাহলে উনি কি রানাঘাট লোকসভা কেন্দ্রের সকল ভোটারের নামে অভিযোগ করবে? পাশাপাশি তিনি আরও জানান আজ জগন্নাথ সরকার যে ভাবে উদ্ধৃত প্রকাশ করেছেন এর জবাব মানুষ তার ভোটের মাধ্যমে দেবে।

The Jagannath government filed a defamation case directly against Dr Mukut Moni Adhikari on Monday. The court accepted the case. It is known that the Trinamool candidate Dr Mukutmani Adhikari BJP candidate Jagannath Sarkar has called Jagannath Sarkar as Jagasur in various media during the election campaign, and he has also accused Jagannath Sarkar of showing the power of the MP from various places for the past five years. Not only that, Dr. Mukut Moni Adhikari has come against the Jagannath government for corrupting lakhs of rupees in the name of providing employment in Kalyani AIIMS hospital. BJP candidate Jagannath Sarkar has been defamed by this comment of Mukut Moni Adhikari. Jagannath Sarkar filed a defamation case against Trinamool candidate Mukutmani Adhikari in the Ranaghat Mahakuma Court on Monday. He said that I have been a teacher for 35 years. On the other hand, for the last five years, I have been an MP from Ranaghat constituency. In such a situation, the slanderous remarks made against me are totally baseless. I feel that these comments against me in the public media have defamed me. That is why I filed a defamation case against the crown prince. In addition to this case, Dr. Mukut Moni Adhikari did not open his mouth like that, but he said that the same thing can be heard in the markets and tea shops! So will he complain in the name of all the voters of Ranaghat Lok Sabha constituency? Besides, he also said that people will answer the way Jagannath government quoted today through their votes.
