গোপাল বিশ্বাস-নদীয়া- দোর গোড়ায় করা নারছে লোকসভা নির্বাচন। আর এইবারে নির্বাচনে বেশ কিছু কেন্দ্র প্রথম থেকেই রয়েছে নজরকাড়া বা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ হিসেবে। তার মধ্যে অন্যতম নদীয়ার রানাঘাট লোকসভা কেন্দ্র, একদা যা নবদ্বীপ লোকসভা কেন্দ্র নাম ছিলো। আর এই কেন্দ্রের বিজেপি ও তৃণমূলের প্রার্থীর লড়াই এখন রাজ্যের অন্যতম কেন্দ্র বিন্দু হয়ে উঠেছে। আর সামগ্রিক ভাবে এই লোকসভা কেন্দ্রে সবার নজর মতুয়া ভোটে। কারণ এই কেন্দ্রের কমবেশি প্রায় চল্লিশ শতাংশ রয়েছে মতুয়া ভোট। তাই মতুয়া অদ্ধুষীতো এলাকায় বিশেষ জনসংযোগ জোর দিচ্ছে তৃণমূল ও বিজেপি। মতুয়া ভোটব্যাংকের দিকে বিশেষ ভাবে নজর রাখছে শাসক দল তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস।
তার উপর এবার দল পরিবর্তন করে তৃণমূলের হয়ে নির্বাচনে প্রার্থী হয়েছেন ডাঃ মুকুটমণি অধিকারী। তিনি একাধারে যেমন পেশায় ডাক্তার, পাশাপাশি বিধায়ক ও তার সাথে বিশেষ করে নদীয়া দক্ষিনের মতুয়াদের বড় মাপের একটা পরিচিত মুখও বলা চলে।
এবং অল ইন্ডিয়া মতুয়া মহাসংঘ নদীয়া দক্ষিনের একাধিক দায়িত্বও সামলেছেন। ফলত মতুয়াদের সাথে প্রত্যক্ষ্য ও অতপ্রতভাবে জরিত তিনি। তাই মতুয়া ভোট ব্যাংক অনেকটাই প্রভাব ফেলবে বলে আশাবাদী তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস।
অপরদিকে মতুয়াদের দাবি ছিল নিঃস্বর্ত নাগরিকত্ব। তবে কেন্দ্রীয় সরকার যে নাগরিকত্ব সংশোধনী আইন সামনে এনেছে তাতে করে সেই আইনের গ্যারাকলে পরে মুতুয়াদের আসল দাবি লাভ হয়নি এমনটাই দাবী মতুয়াদের একটা বড়ো অংশের। তাই এখন তারা বিজেপির থেকে মুখ ফেরাতে শুরু করেছে। তারা জানিয়েছেন তাঁদের কে আশা দেখানো হয়েছে, প্রতারণা করা হয়েছে তাই এবার তৃণমূলের সাথে হাতধরে বিজেপিকের উৎখাত করতে হবে।
তবে শুধু মতুয়া সম্প্রদায়ের মানুষ নন বর্তমান তৃণমূল প্রার্থী মুকুটমণি অধিকারী ও সুর চড়িয়েছেন এই কালা আইনের বিরুদ্ধে তিনি জানাচ্ছেন সাধারণ খেটে খাওয়া মানুষজন এই গ্যারাকলে পড়ে তাদের দিনানা দিন খাওয়া পরিবারের পাশে দাঁড়াতে পারবেনা বিজেপি সরকার যেভাবে মানুষকে বোকা বানাচ্ছে এবং মতুয়াদের নিয়ে তাদের সেন্টিমেন্ট নিয়ে ছিনিমিনি খেলছে তা সত্যি ঘৃণ্য বিষয়।
রাজ্যের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় একের পর এক জল কল্যাণ মূলক প্রকল্প সাধারণ মানুষের জন্য নিয়ে এসেছে মানুষ জন্মানো থেকে মৃত্যু পর্যন্ত আজ বিভিন্ন প্রকল্পের মাধ্যমে উপকৃত মতুয়াদের বিশেষভাবে আগলে রেখেছেন রাজ্যের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী। তৈরি করেছেন মতুয়াদের জন্য বিশেষ কলেজ এবং মতুয়া সম্প্রদায়ের প্রতি এতটাই ভালোবাসা মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের তাতে এই সমস্ত মানুষজনকে তিনি কোনদিনই ঠকাবেন না তাদের হকের পাওনা লড়াইয়ের মাধ্যমে তাদেরকে ফিরিয়ে দেবেন।
তাই নদীয়ার শান্তিপুর,নবদ্বীপ, রানাঘাট সহ বিভিন্ন মতুয়া অধ্যুষিত এলাকায় জোর কদমে চালাচ্ছে প্রচার। প্রচারে বেরিয়ে মুকুট মনি অধিকারী যেমন বিদায়ী সাংসদ জগন্নাথ সরকার এর বিরুদ্ধে তোপ দাগছেন পাশাপাশি গত পাঁচ বছরে এলাকায় অনুন্নয়ন নিয়েও জগন্নাথ সরকারকে কটাক্ষ করতে এক ইঞ্চিও জমি ছাড়ছে না তৃণমূল প্রার্থী।
পাশাপাশি বিশেস করে মতুয়া গরে প্রচারে বেরিয়ে একদম সকলের ঘরে ঘরে পৌঁছে যাচ্ছে৷ আবার কখনো নিজের হাতে মতুয়া সম্প্রদায়ের ডঙ্কা বাজিয়ে সকলের সাথে মিসে যাচ্ছে। অল ইন্ডিয়া মতুয়া মহাসংঘ নবদ্বীপ ব্লক কমিটির নেতৃত্ব রনজিৎ মন্ডল জানান মুকুট মনি অধিকারী সর্বদা মানুষের জন্য কাজ করে আমাদের মতুয়াদের জন্য অধিকারের লড়াইয়ে সামিল হয়েছে, আমরা রাজনীতির উর্দ্ধে গিয়ে মুকুট মনি অধিকারীর সাথে আছি, সব মিলিয়ে একাধারে যেমন মতুয়া ভোটকে পাখির চোখ করে প্রচারে ঝাপিয়েছে তৃণমূল, পাশাপাশি মতুয়াদেরও একাংশ ব্যাক্তি হিসেবে মুকুট মনি অধিকারীকেও প্রকাশ্যে সমর্থন জানাচ্ছে, ফলত মতুয়া ভোটে এবার যে তৃণমূল অনেকটাই ভাগ বসাবে তা বলাই , তবে জয়ের মুকুট কার মাথায় ওঠে সেটা দেখা এখন সময়ের অপেক্ষা।
