রাজেন্দ্র নাথ দত্ত:মুর্শিদাবাদ : বহরমপুর লোকসভা কেন্দ্রের কংগ্রেস প্রার্থী অধীর রঞ্জন চৌধুরী আবার তৃণমূল কর্মীদের বিক্ষোভের মুখে পড়লেন। তাঁর গাড়ি ঘিরে বিক্ষোভ দেখানোর অভিযোগ উঠল তৃণমূল কর্মীদের বিরুদ্ধে। হেঁটে যখন প্রচার করছেন অধীর, তখন উঠল ‘গো ব্যাক’ আওয়াজ। এ বারের ঘটনাস্থল মুর্শিদাবাদ জেলার বহরমপুর লোকসভার অন্তর্গত নওদা বিধানসভা এলাকায় । কংগ্রেসের অভিযোগ, ভয় পেয়ে এই কাণ্ড করছে তৃণমূল। কিন্তু পাঁচ বারের সাংসদ অধীরকে তাঁর ‘গড়ে’ এ ভাবে ঠেকানো যাবে না। শনিবার নওদা বিধানসভার দমদমা শ্যামনগর থেকে পায়ে হেঁটে প্রচার শুরু করেন অধীর। সেখানেই ব্লক সভাপতি শফিউজ্জামান ওরফে হাবিব মাস্টারের নেতৃত্বে অধীর চৌধুরীকে ঘিরে বিক্ষোভ দেখানো হয় বলে অভিযোগ। হাবিব মুর্শিদাবাদ লোকসভা কেন্দ্রের তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস প্রার্থী আবু তাহের খানের ভাগ্নে। অধীরের গাড়ি ঘিরে যখন বিক্ষোভ দেখায় তৃণমূল, পাল্টা স্লোগান তোলেন কংগ্রেসের কর্মীরা। উত্তেজনার সৃষ্টি হয়। পরিস্থিতি নিয়ন্ত্রণে আনতে রীতিমতো হিমশিম খায় পুলিশ।এর আগেও প্রচারে বেরিয়ে একই পরিস্থিতির মুখোমুখি হয়েছিলেন অধীর। বহরমপুরে প্রচারে বেরিয়ে বিক্ষোভ দেখে মেজাজও হারান কংগ্রেস প্রার্থী। তৃণমূল অভিযোগ করে, তাদের এক কর্মীর গায়ে হাত তুলেছেন কংগ্রেস প্রার্থী। এ নিয়ে জোর তরজা হয়। শনিবার একই ঘটনার পুনরাবৃত্তি হল নওদায়। অধীর রঞ্জন চৌধুরী বলেন, ‘‘তৃণমূলের উস্কানিতে ওই দলের আশ্রিত দুষ্কৃতীরা আমার উপর হামলা করার চেষ্টা করেছে। স্থানীয়েরাই এর প্রতিরোধ গড়ে তুলেছে।’’ তাঁর সংশোধন, ‘‘তৃণমূল চেয়েছিল এখানে আমার প্রোগ্রাম বন্ধ করতে। আমি চ্যালেঞ্জ করে বলছি, প্রোগ্রাম এখানেই হবে, নির্দিষ্ট সূচি মেনেই হবে। দু’চারটে তৃণমূলের গুন্ডা দেখে দমে যাওয়ার লোক অধীর চৌধুরী নয়। বিষয়টি প্রশাসনকেও জানিয়েছি। আমি আবার চ্যালেঞ্জ করে বলছি, যদি কারও হিম্মত থাকে তো একটা বুথ ভোটের দিন দখল করে দেখাক।’’অন্য দিকে, অধীরকে ঘিরে বিক্ষোভ দেখানো তৃণমূল নেতা তথা মুর্শিদাবাদ জেলা পরিষদের শিক্ষা কর্মাধ্যক্ষ হাবিব মাস্টার বলেন, ‘‘সাংসদকে সাধারণ মানুষ গত পাঁচ বছরে পাশে পাননি। এখন ভোটের সময় নাটক করতে এলে মানুষ কেন মেনে নেবে?’’ তিনি অভিযোগের সুরে বলেন, ‘‘অধীর চৌধুরী যেখানে যাচ্ছেন, সেখানেই পরিস্থিতি অশান্ত হচ্ছে। গ্রামের সাধারণ মানুষেরা তার প্রতিবাদ করেছে।’’ যদিও কংগ্রেসের তরফে অশান্তি পাকানোর অভিযোগ করা হচ্ছে তৃণমূলের বিরুদ্ধে।

The Trinamool alleged that the Congress candidate raised his hands on one of their workers. There is a strong argument about this. The same incident was repeated in Noida on Saturday. Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury said, “At the instigation of Trinamool, the miscreants of that party tried to attack me. The locals have resisted it.” His correction, ”Trinamool wanted to stop my program here. I challenge, the program will be here, according to the schedule. Adhir Chowdhury is not the kind of person who gets choked up by two or four Trinamool goons. I have also informed the administration. I challenge again, if anyone has the guts to occupy a booth on polling day.” On the other hand, Habib Master, the Trinamool leader who protested around Adhir and Education Officer of Murshidabad Zilla Parishad, said, “The MP has not been supported by the common people in the last five years. .
