রাজেন্দ্র নাথ দত্ত :মুর্শিদাবাদ : মুর্শিদাবাদে ভোটপ্রচারে ফের বিজেপির বিরুদ্ধে ধর্মীয় রাজনীতির অভিযোগ তুললেন তৃণমূল নেত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় ।মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের অভিযোগ, ভোটে ফায়দা তুলতে ইচ্ছাকৃতভবে মুর্শিদাবাদে অশান্তি বাঁধানোর চেষ্টা হচ্ছে। আর বিজেপি যে ধর্মের নামে রাজনীতি করছে, সেটা আসল হিন্দু ধর্ম নয় বলেও দাবি মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর। শুক্রবার প্রথম দফার ভোটের দিন হরিহরপাড়ার সভায় তৃণমূলনেত্রী বললেন, “পরশুদিন ছোট্ট একটা ঘটনা ঘটিয়েছিল। কালকে আবার ঘটিয়েছিল। ওসি আহত হয়েছে। সব মিলিয়ে ১৯ জন আহত হয়েছেন।” মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের প্রশ্ন, “কেন অস্ত্র নিয়ে মিছিল করবেন আপনারা? কে আপনাকে অধিকার দিয়েছে অস্ত্র নিয়ে মিছিল করার? কে অধিকার দিয়েছে মণিপুরে চার্চ পুড়িয়ে দেওয়ার, কে তোমাকে অধিকার দিয়েছে মসজিদ দেখলেই বোমা মারার? কে আপনাকে অধিকার দিয়েছে সংখ্যালঘু দেখলেই বাড়িতে এনআইএ ঢুকিয়ে দেওয়ার?এর পরই বিজেপির হিন্দুত্বকে নিশানা করে মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের বক্তব্য, “যেটাকে ওরা হিন্দু ধর্ম বলছে, ওটা হিন্দু ধর্ম নয়। চাপিয়ে দেওয়া বহিরাগত দাঙ্গা দস্যু ধর্ম। এই ধর্ম রামকৃষ্ণের হিন্দু ধর্ম নয়, বহিরাগতদের চাপিয়ে দেওয়া দস্যু দাঙ্গা ধর্ম।” মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর সাফ কথা, ” আমি বেঁচে থাকতে বাংলায় এনআরসি হতে দেব না। আমি করতে দেব না। ইউনিফর্ম সিভিল কোডও করতে দেব না। ওটা চালু হলে আপনার আলাদা বলে কোনও ধর্মীয় রীতি থাকবে না।”উত্তরবঙ্গের প্রথম দফার ভোট শুরু হল ১৯ এপ্রিল। ভোট চলাকালীনই দক্ষিণবঙ্গে প্রচারে মমতা। আগামী ৭ মে ভোট জঙ্গিপুরে। মমতা জনসভা করছেন সেই জঙ্গিপুরেরই গতবারের জয়ী তৃণমূল সাংসদ এবং এ বারের প্রার্থী খলিলুর রহমানের হয়ে। মুর্শিদাবাদে তৃণমূলের লড়াই বাম-কংগ্রেসের বিরুদ্ধেও। সম্ভবত সেকারণেই ইন্ডিয়া জোটে নিজের অবস্থান স্পষ্ট করে দিয়েছেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী। তাঁর বক্তব্য, “বাংলায় কোনও ইন্ডিয়া জোট নেই। এখানে নাকি সিপিএম আর কংগ্রেস সিট শেয়ারিং করেছে। বিজেপির থেকে কিছু কিছু নিচ্ছে, আর এসব করছে।” মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের সাফ কথা, “দিল্লিতে ইন্ডিয়ার সরকার হলে সাহায্য করবে তৃণমূলই। আমরাই নেতৃত্ব দেব ইন্ডিয়া জোটের। জঙ্গিপুরের ছাবঘাটি কে ডি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ময়দানে জনসভায় তৃণমূল প্রার্থী খলিলুর রহমানের সমর্থনে প্রচারে মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় বলেন “প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদীকে চ্যালেঞ্জ বাংলা ভাষা নিয়ে। নাম না করে বললেন, ‘‘দেখি কত তুই বাংলা জানিস!
দেখে দেখে রবীন্দ্র-নজরুল না বলে আমার মতো ঘুরে ঘুরে বল দেখি স্টেজে। তবে বুঝব চ্যালেঞ্জ করে গেলাম।বিজেপি চোর হ্যায়! স্লোগান দিতে দিতেই হঠাৎ থেমে গিয়ে মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় বললেন, ‘‘পকেটমারদের দেখেছেন? যাঁরা পকেটমারী করে তাঁরাই প্রথমে পকেটমার পকেটমার বলে চিৎকার করে যাতে নিজেরা পালিয়ে যেতে পারে। বিজেপিও তাই করে। ওরা সবচেয়ে বড় চোর তাই চোর চোর করে চিৎকার করে বেড়াচ্ছে। আর সব চোরেরা বিজেপিতে গিয়ে ভাল হয়ে যাচ্ছে। ওয়াশিং মেশিন ভাজপা।’’ মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের সভায় ভিড়ের মধ্যে হুড়োহুড়ি। মঞ্চ থেকেই জনগনকে সংযত হতে বললেন মমতা। তিনি বললেন, ‘‘পদপিষ্ট হওয়ার পরিস্থিতি হলে আমি সভা ছোট করে দেব। এর দায়িত্ব আমি(মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়) নেব না।’’মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় বললেন, ‘‘কেন্দ্রীয় বাহিনীকে আমি ভালবাসি। আমি ওদের বিরুদ্ধে নয়। কিন্তু বিজেপি ওদের পার্টি ক্যাডার হিসাবে ব্যবহার করছে। আমি একটা কথা ইংরেজিতে বলব। যাতে কথাটা নির্বাচন কমিশনের কানে পৌঁছয়। আমার প্রশ্ন, উত্তরবঙ্গের ভোটে শুধু কেন্দ্রীয় বাহিনী ব্যবহার করা হচ্ছে কেন? কেন সেখানে রাজ্য পুলিশ বা নিরাপত্তাবাহিনীকে ব্যবহার করা হচ্ছে না। তা হলে কী করে আমরা পক্ষপাতহীন ভোট হচ্ছে বলে বিশ্বাস করব।’’মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় বললেন, ‘‘উত্তরবঙ্গের ভোটে দুষ্টুমি হচ্ছে! আমি খবর পাচ্ছি। দশ বছর হয়ে গেল আবাসের টাকা দেওয়ার সময় পাওনি। আর এখন ভোটের সময় আবাসের আবেদনপত্র চাইতে এসেছে বিজেপি। কলসেন্টার থেকে ফোন করে বলছে, আবাসের টাকা চাই তা হলে অ্যাপ্লাই করুন। আসলে এ সব ভোট নেওয়ার জন্য। লজ্জা লজ্জা বিজেপির লজ্জা হওয়া উচিত। ’’মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় বললেন, ওরা ১০০ দিনের কাজের টাকা বন্ধ করে দিয়েছে। আমি কর্মশ্রী করেছি। ৫০ দিন কাজ করলেই টাকা পাবেন। ভিড় উপচে পড়ছে জঙ্গিপুরে মমতার জনসভায়। সভা শুরুর আগে পাঁচ মিনিট মঞ্চে দাঁড়িয়ে ভিড় সামলালেন মানুষের।লোকসভা নির্বাচনের যে সমীক্ষাগুলিতে বিজেপিকে এগিয়ে রাখা হয়েছে, সেগুলিকে ভুয়ো বলে উল্লেখ করেছেন মমতা।তিনি বলেন, ‘‘দেশে ২০০টি আসনও পাবে না বিজেপি। সব সমীক্ষা ভুয়ো। লক্ষ লক্ষ টাকা ঢেলে সমীক্ষা করেছে। ওতে কান দেবেন না। মানুষের চোখ বলছে, বিজেপি জিতবে না।’’শুক্রবারের সভায় নির্বাচন কমিশনের বিরুদ্ধে তোপ দেগেছেন মমতা।তিনি বলেন, ‘‘যার বিয়ে সে-ই পুরোহিত— এটা প্রথম দেখছি। কী করে রাজ্যের পুলিশকে পুরো বাদ দিয়ে আপনারা শুধু কেন্দ্রীয় বাহিনী দিয়ে ভোট করাচ্ছেন? যাতে লোকে ভোট দিতে না পারে?’’
মুর্শিদাবাদের সভা থেকে মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় বলেন, ‘‘আমি মিথ্যা কম বলি। সংসারে শান্তি বজায় রাখার জন্য যেটুকু প্রয়োজন, তার বাইরে মিথ্যা বলি না। রাজনীতিতে এই কারণেই আমি টিকে আছি।’’১০০ দিনের কাজের বিকল্প হিসাবে রাজ্যে ৫০ দিনের কাজের গ্যারান্টি দিলেন মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় । তিনি বললেন, ‘‘কেন্দ্র ১০০ দিনের কাজের টাকা দেয় না। আমি গ্যারান্টি দিচ্ছি। ৫০ দিনের কাজ করতে পারবেন। কেউ চাইলে ৬০ দিনও করতে পারেন।’’বিজেপির প্রকল্প বাংলায় করতে দেবেন না বলে জানান মমতা। তিনি বলেন, ‘‘আয়ুষ্মান ভারত’ করতে দেব কেন? কারও ঘরে স্কুটার থাকলে টাকা পাওয়া যাবে না। সবাই টাকা পাবে না এতে। আমরা নয় কোটি মানুষকে পরিষেবা দিচ্ছি। আমরা কেন ওই প্রকল্প করতে দেব?’’মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় বলেন, ‘‘দরকার হলে না খেয়ে থাকব, তবে বাংলায় এনআরসি করতে দেব না। জীবন বাজি রেখে বলছি। আমার জীবন থাকতে এনআরসি করতে দেব না।’’মুর্শিদাবাদের সভা থেকে মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় বলেন, ‘‘কেন্দ্রের বিরোধী জোট ‘ইন্ডিয়া’কে আগামী দিনে তিনিই নেতৃত্ব দেবেন। তবে বাংলায় সিপিএম এবং কংগ্রেস বিজেপির দালালি করে। তাই এখানে ওদের সমর্থন করব না।’’মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় বলেন, ‘‘পরিযায়ী শ্রমিকেরা যাঁরা রমজানে বাড়ি এসেছেন, ভোট না দিয়ে নড়বেন না এক পা-ও। ভোট না দিলে আধার কার্ড থেকে আপনার নাম বাদ দিয়ে দেবে। সিএএ, এনআরসি-তে নাম ঢুকিয়ে দেবে। বাংলায় এনআরসি হতে দেব না।হরিহরপাড়ার মঞ্চ থেকে বিজেপি আক্রমণ করেন মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় । তিনি বলেন, ‘‘এই মুর্শিদাবাদেই গদ্দার মিরজ়াফর বাংলাকে হারিয়ে দিয়েছিল। যারা প্রচুর টাকা করেছে তারাই বিজেপি করে। ওরাই ইডি, সিবিআইকে ভয় পায়। ১০ বছরে একটা কাজও করেনি বিজেপি।
