মালদহ: ভোট গণনা কেন্দ্রের বাইরে যুবকে চড় ডিএসপির। মঙ্গলবার সকালে ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে ইংরেজবাজারের ডিসিআরসি কেন্দ্র মালদহ জেলা স্কুলের বাইরে। এ দিন সকাল থেকেই ডিসিআরসি কেন্দ্রের বাইরে ভিড় জমান রাজনৈতিক দলের কর্মী সমর্থকেরা। সে ভিড় সামাল দিতে লাঠি উঁচিয়ে তাড়া করে কেন্দ্রীয় বাহিনীর জওয়ানেরা। সে সময় ঘটনাস্থলে পৌঁছন মালদহের ডিএসপি প্রশান্ত দেবনাথ। অভিযোগ, তিনি এক যুবককে সপাটে চড় মারেন।
