কলকাতা: দেশপ্রেম, ঐক্য ও সামাজিক সম্প্রীতির আবহে ভারতের ৮০তম স্বাধীনতা দিবস উদযাপন করল হিন্দুস্তান ক্লাব লিমিটেড। এই উপলক্ষে ক্লাবের সদস্য ও অতিথিরা একত্রিত হয়ে দেশের স্বাধীনতার গৌরবময় যাত্রাকে স্মরণ করেন। পাশাপাশি সমাজের প্রতি দায়িত্ব, সকলকে সঙ্গে নিয়ে এগিয়ে চলা এবং ঐক্যের গুরুত্বও উঠে আসে অনুষ্ঠানে। অনুষ্ঠানের অন্যতম প্রধান আকর্ষণ ছিল দক্ষিণী প্রয়াসের শিশুদের স্বতঃস্ফূর্ত অংশগ্রহণ। শিশুরা একটি সুন্দর দেশাত্মবোধক গান পরিবেশন করে এবং পতাকা উত্তোলন অনুষ্ঠানেও অংশ নেয়। তাঁদের এই অংশগ্রহণ পুরো অনুষ্ঠানকে আরও আনন্দময় ও আবেগঘন করে তোলে। তাঁদের পরিবেশনার মাধ্যমে দেশপ্রেমের পাশাপাশি শিশুদের আত্মবিশ্বাস, সৃজনশীলতা ও প্রতিভারও প্রকাশ ঘটে। দক্ষিণী প্রয়াস দীর্ঘদিন ধরে সুবিধাবঞ্চিত শিশুদের সার্বিক উন্নয়ন ও ক্ষমতায়নের জন্য কাজ করে চলেছে। শিশুদের পাশাপাশি তাঁদের বাবা-মা ও পরিবারকেও বিভিন্নভাবে সহযোগিতা ও পরামর্শ দিয়ে থাকে সংস্থাটি। বিভিন্ন উদ্যোগের মাধ্যমে শিশুদের শেখা, বেড়ে ওঠা এবং নিজেদের প্রতিভা ও দক্ষতা বিকাশের সুযোগ তৈরি করা হয়। শিশুদের সার্বিক উন্নয়নের পাশাপাশি পরিবারগুলিকে আরও শক্তিশালী করে তোলার ক্ষেত্রেও দক্ষিণী প্রয়াস গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে।
স্বাধীনতা দিবসের অনুষ্ঠানে শিশুদের অংশগ্রহণ এমন একটি পরিবেশ তৈরির গুরুত্বকে তুলে ধরে, যেখানে তরুণ প্রজন্ম নিজেদের প্রতিভা প্রকাশের সুযোগ পায় এবং দেশপ্রেম, ঐক্য ও দায়িত্ববোধের মতো মূল্যবোধ সম্পর্কে জানতে পারে। অনুষ্ঠানে বক্তব্য রাখতে গিয়ে হিন্দুস্তান ক্লাব লিমিটেডের সভাপতি শ্রী সঞ্জয় গোয়েঙ্কা বলেন, “স্বাধীনতা দিবস আমাদের কাছে আমাদের স্বাধীনতাকে উদযাপন করার পাশাপাশি একটি শক্তিশালী ও সকলকে নিয়ে এগিয়ে চলা সমাজ গড়ে তোলার দায়িত্বের কথাও মনে করিয়ে দেয়। দক্ষিণী প্রয়াসের শিশুদের আমাদের অনুষ্ঠানে স্বাগত জানাতে পেরে আমরা বিশেষভাবে আনন্দিত। তাঁদের সুন্দর দেশাত্মবোধক গান এবং পতাকা উত্তোলন অনুষ্ঠানে অংশগ্রহণ আমাদের সকলকে আনন্দ দিয়েছে এবং এই আয়োজনকে আরও বিশেষ করে তুলেছে।” দেশপ্রেম, ঐক্য ও সামাজিক দায়িত্বের বার্তা দিয়ে অনুষ্ঠানের সমাপ্তি হয়। দেশের চেতনা ও মূল্যবোধকে উদযাপন করার পাশাপাশি আগামী প্রজন্মের মধ্যে দেশপ্রেম ও দায়িত্ববোধ আরও শক্তিশালী করার বার্তাও উঠে আসে এই অনুষ্ঠানে।
