কলকাতা, ১৬ অক্টোবর ২০২৫ – ফিনোলেক্স ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ লিমিটেড (FIL)-এর CSR শাখা মুকুল মাধব ফাউন্ডেশন (MMF) FICCI FLO কলকাতার সহযোগিতায় একটি সাইকেল বিতরণ কর্মসূচি আয়োজন করেছে। এই উদ্যোগের মূল লক্ষ্য গ্রামীণ এলাকার ছাত্রীদের শিক্ষার সুযোগ বৃদ্ধি করা এবং চলাচলের মাধ্যমে স্বাধীনতা ও মর্যাদার অনুভূতি জাগানো। মুকুল মাধব ফাউন্ডেশন বহু বছর ধরে শিক্ষা, স্বাস্থ্য ও সমাজকল্যাণের ক্ষেত্রে কাজ করে চলেছে। এর লক্ষ্য হলো সমাজে অন্তর্ভুক্তিমূলক ও সমতাভিত্তিক উন্নয়ন ঘটানো। গত দুই বছরে, ফাউন্ডেশনটি ভারতের বিভিন্ন FLO চ্যাপ্টারের সঙ্গে যৌথভাবে গ্রামীণ জীবিকা উন্নয়ন প্রকল্পে কাজ করছে। FLO-র গ্রামীণ জীবিকা বিভাগ নারীদের জন্য টেঁকসই জীবিকার সুযোগ তৈরি, অর্থনৈতিক স্বাধীনতা বৃদ্ধি এবং সামগ্রিক সামাজিক উন্নয়নের জন্য কাজ করে। দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন, প্রশিক্ষণ ও জীবিকা সক্ষমতা কর্মসূচির মাধ্যমে FLO নারীর ক্ষমতায়ন ও আত্মনির্ভরতার পথ তৈরি করছে।এই বছরের সাইকেল বিতরণ কর্মসূচি সেই সহযোগিতারই একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ। সারা দেশে ৩০০-রও বেশি সাইকেল বিতরণ করা হচ্ছে যাতে গ্রামীণ এলাকার মেয়েরা নিরাপদে স্কুলে যেতে পারে এবং মর্যাদা ও আত্মবিশ্বাসের সঙ্গে তাদের পড়াশোনা চালিয়ে যেতে পারে। মুকুল মাধব ফাউন্ডেশনের ম্যানেজিং ট্রাস্টি ও ফিনোলেক্স ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ লিমিটেডের CSR প্রধান, মিসেস ঋতু ছাবরিয়া বলেন: “শিক্ষা হলো ক্ষমতায়নের সবচেয়ে শক্তিশালী হাতিয়ার। এই উদ্যোগের মাধ্যমে আমরা নিশ্চিত করছি যে দূরত্ব বা চলাচলের অভাব কোনো মেয়ের শিক্ষার পথে বাধা হয়ে না দাঁড়ায়। একটি সাধারণ সাইকেল একটি মেয়ের জীবনের গতিপথ বদলে দিতে পারে – তাকে নিরাপদে ও আত্মবিশ্বাসের সঙ্গে স্কুলে পৌঁছাতে সাহায্য করতে পারে।”অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন বিশিষ্ট অতিথিরা: শ্রীমতি তুলিকা দাস, চেয়ারপার্সন, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ শিশু অধিকার সুরক্ষা কমিশন (WBCPCR) শ্রীমতি অনন্যা চক্রবর্তী, সদস্য, WBCPCR চলচ্চিত্র অভিনেত্রী ও নৃত্যশিল্পী জয়া শিল ঘোষ শিক্ষিকা ও সামাজিক মাধ্যম প্রভাবক কোণীনিকা দেFICCI FLO কলকাতার চেয়ারপার্সন মিসেস নিধি ঝুনঝুনওয়ালা বলেন: “FICCI FLO-তে আমাদের লক্ষ্য সবসময়ই টেঁকসই উদ্যোগের মাধ্যমে নারীদের ক্ষমতায়ন করা। এই সাইকেল বিতরণ কর্মসূচি কেবল একটি প্রতীক নয়—এটি স্বাধীনতা, সুযোগ এবং শিক্ষার ধারাবাহিকতার প্রতীক। মুকুল মাধব ফাউন্ডেশন ও ফিনোলেক্স ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজের সঙ্গে একত্রে আমরা আত্মবিশ্বাসী ও স্বাধীন নারীদের এক নতুন প্রজন্ম তৈরি করছি।” এই যৌথ উদ্যোগ শিক্ষা, ক্ষমতায়ন ও সমতার মাধ্যমে সমাজে দীর্ঘস্থায়ী ইতিবাচক প্রভাব সৃষ্টির প্রতিশ্রুতি প্রকাশ করে।Kolkata, 16th October 2025 – Mukul Madhav Foundation (MMF), the CSR arm of Finolex Industries Limited (FIL), in collaboration with FICCI FLO Kolkata, organized a Cycle Distribution Drive aimed at empowering young girls by improving access to education and promoting mobility as a means to independence and dignity. MMF has been consistently supporting initiatives in education, healthcare, and social welfare across India, with a shared vision of fostering inclusive and equitable growth. Over the past two years, MMF has partnered with FICCI FLO across various chapters to implement impactful programs under the Rural Livelihood Vertical. Together, these efforts focus on enhancing women’s economic opportunities, building sustainable livelihoods, and strengthening community resilience.The Rural Livelihood Vertical of FLO works to create sustainable livelihood opportunities for women, enhance their economic independence, and improve their overall socio-economic well-being. Through initiatives such as skill development, training, and livelihood enablement programs, FLO continues to build pathways for women’s empowerment and self-reliance. This year’s Cycle Distribution Drive forms an integral part of this ongoing collaboration.
