অবশেষে নবদ্বীপে তদন্তে এল ফরেনসিক দল

গোপাল বিশ্বাস,নদীয়া-ঃ ১৩ ই ডিসেম্বর ২০২২, নদীয়ার নবদ্বীপ শহরে সরকার পাড়ায় ৫০ উর্দ্ধের মহিলার পচাগলা দেহ উদ্ধার হয়, প্রায় তিন মাস নিখোঁজ থাকার পর গত কয়েকদিন আগে মৃতা  সুপ্রিয়া দেবী নিজের ঘর থেকে। এই ঘটনাকে ঘিরে তীব্র চাঞ্চল্য ছড়ায় নবদ্বীপ শহরে। জানা যায়, গত ১৪ই সেপ্টেম্বর থেকে নিখোঁজ থাকে সুপ্রিয়া দেবী , বিভিন্ন জায়গায় খোঁজ খবর করেও যখন তাকে পাওয়া যায়নি। সেই সময় সুপ্রিয়া দেবীর এক আত্মীয়া গত ১৬ /৯/২২ নবদ্বীপ থানায় একটি মিসিং ডায়েরি করেন। কিন্তু সেই সময় নবদ্বীপ থানার পক্ষ থেকে সুপ্রিয়া দেবীকে উদ্ধার করার কোন ভূমিকা নবদ্বীপ পুলিশ প্রশাসন নেয় নি বলে অভিযোগ করেন ওই আত্মীয়া। জানা যায় বিয়ের প্রতিশ্রুতি দিয়ে সহবাসের এক মামলায় নাম জরায় মৃতা সুপ্রীয়া সাহার এক মাত্র ছেলে জয় সাহার বিরুদ্ধে। সেই মামলায় গত জুলাই মাসথেকে এলাকা ছাড়া ছিল জয় সাহা।

গত শুক্রবার হাইকোর্ট থেকে অন্তর্বর্তী জামিন নিয়ে সরকার স্থিত তার বাড়িতে এসে বন্ধ ঘরের তালা খুলে দেখে যে, তোষক মোড়ানো অবস্থায় পড়ে আছে তার মা।  তখন তিনি নবদ্বীপ থানায় খবর দিলে পুলিশ এসে মৃত দেহ উদ্ধার করে নবদ্বীপ হাসপাতালে নিয়ে যায় এবং দেহ ময়না তদন্তের জন্য পাঠায় পুলিশ। মৃতা সুপ্রীয়া দেবীর জা-র করা অভিযোগের ভিত্তিতে জয় সাহা কে তার মাকে হত্যা করার অভিযোগে গ্রেপ্তার করে ও নবদ্বীপ আদালতে পেশ করে ৭দিনের পুলিশের হেফাজতে নেয়। এই খবর বিভিন্ন সংবাদ মাধ্যমে  প্রকাশিত হওয়ার পর নবদ্বীপ শহরে শুরু হয় বিভিন্ন রাজনৈতিক দলের চাপান উতর এবং ভারতীয় জনতা পার্টির মহিলা মোর্চা র পক্ষ থেকে পুলিশের ভূমিকার বিরুদ্ধে ও আসল দোষীদের শাস্তির দাবীতে নবদ্বীপ থানার সামনে বিক্ষোভ দেখায় ও ডেপুটেশন জমা দেয় এবং ঘটনার  CBI তদন্তের দাবি করে। অবশেষ দেরিতে হলেও আজ ১৩ ই ডিসেম্বর ২২, হরেন্দ্র নাথ সিং এর নেতৃত্বে দুই সদস্যের ফরেনসিক প্রতিনিধিদল নবদ্বীপে মৃতা সুপ্রিয়া দেবী বাড়িতে যান। এদিন ফরেনসিক দলের সাথে উপস্থিত ছিলেন নবদ্বীপ থানার বিভিন্ন  পুলিশ আধিকারিক ও কৃষ্ণ নগর  পুলিশ জেলার DNT Mottakinur Rahaman। সেখানে তারা বেশ কিছুক্ষণ বাড়ীর সবকিছু খতিয়ে দেখেন ও কিছু মূল্যবান নমুনা সংগ্রহ করে নিয়ে যায়। যাওয়ার আগে সংবাদ মাধ্যমের সামনে ওই প্রতিনিধি দলের পক্ষ থেকে জানানো হয় যে বেশকিছু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য তারা এদিন সংগ্রহ করেছেন, তবে এগুলি ল্যাবরেটারিতে পরীক্ষা নিরীক্ষার না হওয়া পর্যন্ত সঠিক ভাবে কিছু বলা জানা। তবে তারা জানায় আমরা আশাবাদী এই মৃত্যুর আসল রহস্য উদ্ধার হবে, আর এত দিনের মৃত দেহের দুর্গন্ধ এলাকা বাসী না পাওয়ার কারণ হিসেবে তারা জানায় দরজা জানালা বন্ধ ছিল সে কারণেই এটা হয়েছে। পুলিশ সুত্রে জানা যায় তদন্তে জয়ের বক্তব্যে বেশ কিছু অসংগতি রয়েছে, পাশাপাশি রাস উৎসবে সে নবদ্বীপে এসেছিল একথাও জেরায় স্বীকার করেছে। পুলিশ সুত্রে আরও জানা যায় জয় তার মায়ের সাথে নতুন কোন এক ফোন নং থেকে যোগাযোগ রাখত। এবিষয়ে এলাকার এক প্রতিবেশী জানান এই ঘটনা যে বা যারা ঘটিয়েছে ,তাদের গ্রেপ্তার করে শাস্তির হওয়ার দরকার। এ ঘটনা মেনে নেওয়া যায় না।

এবিষয়ে মৃতা সুপ্রীয়া দেবীর  নবদ্বীপ আদালতের  আইনজীবী বিকাশ মন্ডল   বলেন,মৃতদেহ উদ্ধারের পর বাহাত্তর ঘন্টার মধ্যে ফরেনসিক দল আসার দরকার ছিল,তবুও দেরিতে হলেও এই দল আসায় ঘটনার আসল রহস্য উদ্ধার হবে বলে তিনি মনে করেন।

সব মিলিয়ে এখন এটাই দেখার এই মৃত্যুর আসল রহস্য কি আদও সামনে আসবে, আসলেও বা তা কত সময় লাগবে,  সব প্রশ্নের উওর পেতে এখনো কত সময় লাগবে তা সকলের অজানা।

কারণ পুলিশ সুত্রে বেশ কিছু  তথ্য সামনে আসলেও মৃতা সুপ্রীয়া দেবীর যা ও আইন জীবি বিকাশ মন্ডলের কথা অনুযায়ী সুপ্রীয়া দেবী নিখোঁজ হওয়ার দিন বেশ কয়েক ঘন্টা দুই ব্যাক্তি ঐ বাড়িতে ছিল, এবং তারা বাইরে দিয়ে তালা দিয়ে চলে যায়, এ সবি তারা cc tv র ফুটেজে দেখেছে, যা নবদ্বীপ থানার কন্ট্রোলে আছে, এখন প্রশ্ন এটাই এখনো পর্যন্ত পুলিশ ঔ দুই ব্যাক্তিকে এখনো কেন গ্রেপ্তার করতে পারলো না, ?  নাকি এই মৃত্যুর পিছনে রয়েছে বড় কোন ষড়যন্ত্র যা বারংবার বিরোধী রাজনৈতিক দল গুলো অভিযোগ তুলছে, এ সবের উত্তর পেতে হয়তো আরও কিছু সময় লাগবে বলে মত ওয়াকিবহাল মহলের।

Gopal Biswas, Nadia: On December 13, 2022, the decomposed body of a 50-year-old woman was found in Sarkar Para in Nadia’s Nabadwip town, from her house a few days ago after she went missing for nearly three months. There was a lot of uproar in Nabadwip town around this incident. It is learned that Supriya Devi has been missing since September 14, when she could not be found despite searching at various places. At that time, a relative of Supriya Devi filed a missing diary with The Nabadwip Police Station on 16/9/22. But at that time, the Nabadwip police administration did not play any role in rescuing Supriya Devi on behalf of the Nabadwip police station, the relative alleged. It is known that in a case of cohabitation with the promise of marriage, the name of the deceased Supriya Saha’s only son Joy Saha is against him. Joy Saha had been out of the area since July last year in that case.
On Friday, after getting interim bail from the High Court, he came to his house in the government and opened the lock of the locked room and found that his mother was lying wrapped in a towel. When he informed the Nabadwip police station, the police recovered the body and took it to Nabadwip Hospital and sent the body for autopsy. On the basis of a complaint filed by the deceased Supraya Devi Ja, Joy Saha was arrested for killing his mother and produced before the Nabadwip court and taken into police custody for seven days. After this news was published in various media, the city of Nabadwip started with the pressure of various political parties and the Bharatiya Janata Party’s Mahila Morcha protesting in front of the Nabadwip police station against the role of the police and demanding punishment for the real culprits and submitting a deputation and demanding a CBI inquiry into the incident. Although the remains were delayed, today, December 13, 22, a two-member forensic delegation led by Harendra Nath Singh visited the house of the deceased Supriya Devi in Nabadwip. The forensic team was accompanied by various police officers of Nabadwip police station and DNT Mottakinur Rahaman of Krishna Nagar police district.

There they checked everything in the house for quite some time and collected some valuable samples. Before leaving, the delegation told the media that they have collected some important information on this day, but it is known to say something correctly until it is examined in the laboratory. However, they said that we are hopeful that the real mystery of this death will be solved, and the reason why the people of the area did not get the smell of the dead body for so long, they said that the doors and windows were closed. According to police sources, there are several inconsistencies in Joy’s statement in the investigation, as well as he has confessed during interrogation that he had come to Nabadwip during the Ras festival. According to police sources, Joy used to keep in touch with his mother from a new phone number. A neighbour in the area said that those who committed the incident need to be arrested and punished. This incident cannot be accepted.

Bikash Mandal, a lawyer at the Nabadwip court of the deceased Supraya Devi, said that the forensic team should have come within seventy-two hours after the body was recovered, but he thinks that the real mystery of the incident will be solved due to the arrival of this team late.
All in all, now it is unknown whether the real mystery of this death will come to the fore, even if it is actually or how long it will take, how long it will still take to answer all the questions.
Because although a lot of information has come to the fore from the police sources, according to the deceased Supriya Devi and according to the lawyer Bikash Mandal, two people were in the house for several hours on the day of Supriya Devi’s disappearance, and they went out of the lock, all this they have seen in the CC TV footage, which is under the control of Nabadwip Police Station, now the question is why the police have not been able to arrest the two people yet. ?  Or is there a big conspiracy behind this death which is repeatedly being alleged by the opposition political parties, it may take some more time to get the answer to all this.
