সুমাল্য মৈত্রঃ মনে পড়ে যাচ্ছে সোনার কেল্লা সিনেমায় ফেলুদার করা সেই অসাধারণ উক্তি ভোরে উঠি শরীর চর্চার বদ অভ্যাস আছে, উত্তরে নকল ডক্টর হাজরা বলছেন তাই আপনাকে এতো ফিট আর ফ্রেশ দেখছি। সম্প্রতি চলে গেলো বিশ্ব যোগা দিবস ,এই দিনটাকে মনে রেখেই বৃহস্পতিবার পঞ্চম ক্যাফেটোরিয়ায় অনুষ্ঠিত হয়ে গেলো ছোটো ছোটো ছেলে মেয়েদের যোগাসন প্রতিযোগিতা । অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন বিশিষ্ট অভিনেত্রী ঋতুপর্ণা সেনগুপ্ত / কিক বক্সিং ন্যাশানাল চ্যাম্পিয়ান অভ্র দাশগুপ্ত ফিটনেস বিশেষজ্ঞ বিশু দাস সহ আরও অনেকেই । বর্তমান সময়ে যোগাসনের গুরুত্ব এবং উপকারীতা সম্বন্ধে বক্তব্য রাখেন অভিনেত্রী ঋতুপর্ণা সেনগুপ্ত এবং কিক বক্সিং চ্যাম্পিয়ন অভ্র দাশগুপ্ত ও বিশু দাস। উপস্থিত প্রতিযোগিদের মধ্যে তিনজন যোগাসন করে দেখায়। আগামী দিনে যাতে মানুষ আরও শরীর সচেতন হয় তার জন্য অভ্র দাশগুপ্ত এবং ঋতুপর্ণা সেনগুপ্তর এই যৌথ উদ্যগ।তবে এই প্রচেষ্টাকে আগামী দিনে আরও এগিয়ে নিয়ে যেতে নতুন সব অভিনব ভাবনা চিন্তা আছে বলেও জানান অভ্র দাশগুপ্ত ।

Actress Rituparna Sengupta and kickboxing champions Avra Dasgupta and Bishu Das spoke about the importance and benefits of yoga in the present day. Three of the contestants present do Yogasana. Avro Dasgupta and Rituparna Sengupta are a joint initiative for people to become more body conscious in the coming days. However, Avro Dasgupta also said that there are new and innovative ideas to take this effort further in the coming days.
