অন্যায়ের বিরুদ্ধে প্রতিবাদ করতে শেখায় “তফাৎ শুধু শিরদাঁড়ায়”

ইন্দ্রজিৎ আইচঃ আমাদের সমাজে নানা ধরনের মানুষ বসবাস করেন যাদের রুচিবা মনোবৃত্তি এক এক রকমের। কেউ অর্থ এর লোভী, কেউ অন্যকে ঠকিয়ে বড় লোক হতে চায়, কেউ আবার দুর্নীতি করে দোষ আড়াল করতে চায় আবার কেউ

কেউ এই অন্যায়ের প্রতিবাদ করে। অঙ্গন বেলঘরিয়ার নতুন নাটক “তফাৎ শুধু শিরদাঁড়ায়” সেই রকম এক প্রতিবাদী নাটক। অবিনাশ আচার্য তার পরিবার নিয়ে একটি গ্রামের স্কুলে প্রধান শিক্ষকের দায়িত্ব নিয়ে আসেন মাস চারেক আগে। শিক্ষাদানের পাশাপাশি তিনি নাটক করতে ভালোবাসেন। স্কুলের সহ কর্মী দের নিয়ে একটি নাটক করবেন ঠিক করেন। তার বাড়িতে নাটকের মহড়া চলতে থাকে। একদিন হঠাৎ স্কুল পরিচালন সমিতির প্রধান সদস্য এসে হুমকি দিয়ে যায়। কিন্তু প্রশ্ন হলো কেন অবিনাশ কে স্বাসিয়ে যায়। ঘটনাটি হল অবিনাশ স্কুলের বার্ষিক আয় ব্যয়ের হিসাব পরীক্ষা করতে গিয়ে তহবিল তছরুপের কথা জানতে পারে। সর্বশিক্ষা মিশনের প্রকল্পের প্রাপ্ত সরকারী অনুদানের টাকা স্কুলের উন্নতির কাজে লাগানোর পরিবর্তে তার আগের প্রধান শিক্ষক ও স্কুল পরিচালনা সমিতির প্রধান পুরো টাকাটা আত্মসাৎ করেছে। এটা জানাজানি যাতে না হয় তাই অবিনাশ কে হুমকি। অবিনাশের বাড়িতে পাড়ার মস্তানের হুমকি, ভয় দেখানো সত্ত্বেও অবিনাশ কিন্তু এই অন্যায়ের প্রতিবাদ করে শিরদাঁড়া সোজা করেই। এখনো সমাজে কিছু ভালো মানুষ আছেন যারা নিজের শিক্ষা ও মেরুদন্ড অন্যের কাছে বিক্রি করে দেয়নি অর্থের বিনিময়ে। অবিনাশ সেই ধরনের মানুষ একজন। এক ঘণ্টার এই নাটকের শেষ অংশে আছে বড় ক্লাইমেক্স।।

এ নাটক শুধুমাত্র দুর্নীতির বিরুদ্ধে একজন আদর্শবান শিক্ষকের আপোষহীন প্রতিবাদ নয়, আজকের বিলাসমগ্ন সময়ের আত্মকেন্দ্রিক ভাবনার মূলে এক সজোর কুঠারাঘাত।

এই নাটকে ( অবিনাশ ) অভি সেনগুপ্ত, (নিলয়) সুব্রত সরকার, (লাট্টু) গুঞ্জন গাঙ্গুলি, (পঞ্চানন) তপন বিশ্বাস, (তিমির) রজত নন্দী, (রুচিরা) তিথি বিশ্বাস, (মনীষা) সুদীপা সাহা, (হৃদয়) হৃদয় সাহা এবং (সুতপা) বেবি সেনগুপ্ত দারুন অভিনয় করেছেন। এই নাটকে অরূপ ব্যানার্জির আলো, তপন বিশ্বাসের আবহ ও মদন হালদারের মঞ্চ যথাযথ। সব মিলিয়ে অভি সেনগুপ্তর পরিচালনায় “তফাৎ শুধু শিরদাঁড়ায়” অন্যায়ের বিরুদ্ধে এক প্রতিবাদের নাটক।

Indrajit Aich: There are many types of people living in our society whose tastes and attitudes are the same. Some are greedy for money, some want to be big people by deceiving others, some want to hide the blame by doing corruption again, and some want to hide the blame. Some protest against this injustice. Angan Belgharia’s new play “Difference is only in the head” is one such protest drama. Avinash Acharya, along with his family, took over as the headmaster of a village school four months ago. In addition to teaching, he loves to do drama. He decided to do a play with his school colleagues. Drama practice continues in his house. One day, suddenly the main member of the school management committee came and threatened. But the question is why does Avinash get tired? The incident happened when Avinash went to check the annual income expenditure account of the school and came to know about the misappropriation of funds. Instead of using the government grant received from the Sarva Shiksha Mission’s project for the development of the school, its previous headmaster and the head of the school management committee embezzled the entire amount. Avinash is a threat so that it does not come to know. Despite the threats and intimidation of the neighborhood mastan in Avinash’s house, Avinash, however, protested against this injustice with his head straight. There are still some good people in the society who have not sold their education and backbone to others in exchange for money. Avinash is one of those kind of people. There is a big climax in the last part of this one-hour play.

This play is not only an uncompromising protest by an idealistic teacher against corruption, but also a powerful axe at the root of the self-centered thinking of today’s luxurious times. Angan Belgharia Ronnew Drama

In this play (Avinash) Abhi Sengupta, (Niloy) Subrata Sarkar, (Lattu) Gunjan Ganguly, (Panchanan) Tapan Biswas, (Timir) Rajat Nandi, (Ruchira) Tithi Biswas, (Manisha) Sudipta Saha, (Hridoy) Hridoy Saha and (Sutapa) Baby Sengupta have performed well. In this play, Arup Banerjee’s Alo, Tapan Biswas’s atmosphere and Madan Halder’s stage are appropriate. All in all, directed by Abhi Sengupta, “Difference is only a protest drama against injustice”.
