আবারো চিকিৎসার গাফেলতির অভিযোগ মালদা মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালে

মালদাঃ আবারো চিকিৎসার গাফেলতির অভিযোগ মালদা মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালে কর্তব্যরত নার্সদের বিরুদ্ধে। জানা যায় ডেঙ্গু আক্রান্ত রোগীকে ভুল ইনজেকশন দেওয়ায় ১৩ বছরের এক নাবালকের  মৃত্যু ঘটে। আর এই ঘটনাকে কেন্দ্র করে মঙ্গলবার রাতে উত্তেজনা ছড়ায় মালদা মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালে। পরিস্থিতি সামাল দিতে ইংরেজবাজার থানার পুলিশ, রথবাড়ি ফাড়ির পুলিশ রাতেই মালদা মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালে পৌঁছায়। পরিবারের লোকেদের ওয়ার্ড থেকে বার করে দেওয়া হয়। পরিবার সূত্রে জানা যায় ১৩ বছর এই নাবালকের বাড়ি সুজাপুরের সারান পাড়া এলাকায়। কয়েকদিন ধরে সে জ্বরে ভুগছিল। জ্বর না কমায় সে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শে ডেঙ্গু পরীক্ষা করে এবং সেই রিপোর্টে ডেঙ্গু পজেটিভ আসে। এদিকে মঙ্গলবার ওই নাবালককে মালদা মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালে ভর্তি করা হয় তার শারীরিক অবস্থা তেমন উন্নতি হয়নি।

Meanwhile, the minor was admitted to Malda Medical College Hospital on Tuesday and his physical condition did not improve much.

এদিকে সন্ধ্যাবেলা মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালে কর্তব্যরত এক নার্স রোগীকে একটি ইনজেকশন দেয় । এবং তারপরই তার শারীরিক অবস্থা আরো অবনতি ঘটে এবং রাতে তার মৃত্যু ঘটে। পরিবারের অভিযোগ ভুল ইনজেকশন দেওয়া হয়েছে। তার জেরেই নাবালকের মৃত্যু ঘটেছে। এই ঘটনায় কর্তব্যরত নার্সের উপযুক্ত শাস্তির দাবি করেছেন পরিবারের লোকেরা। ফুল বাড়ির লোকদের আরো অভিযোগ ইনজেকশন দেওয়ার পর থেকেই কর্তব্যরত ওই নার্সকে ওয়ার্ডে আর দেখতে পাওয়া যায়নি। মেডিকেল কলেজ কর্তৃপক্ষ পুলিশকে ডেকে পরিবারের সদস্যদের ওয়ার্ড থেকে বাইরেবার করে দেয়। পরে পুলিশের হস্তক্ষেপে মৃত দেহ ওয়ার্ড থেকে বার করে পরিবারে হাত তুলে দেওয়া হয়।

Meanwhile, in the evening, a nurse on duty at the Medical College Hospital gave an injection to the patient. And then his physical condition worsened and he died at night. The family alleged that the wrong injection was given. This led to the death of the minor. The family members have demanded appropriate punishment for the nurse on duty in the incident. The nurse, who was on duty, could not be seen in the ward since the injection was given to the people of the flower house. The medical college authorities called the police and evicted the family members from the ward. Later, with the intervention of the police, the dead body was taken out of the ward and handed over to the family.

এই বিষয়ে মালদা মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালের এম এস ভিপি পুরঞ্জয় শাহা‌ জানান ডেঙ্গু আক্রান্ত ওই নাবালককে পরিস্থিতির সংকটজনক অবস্থায় বাড়ি থেকে  এসেমেডিকেল করে হাসপাতালে ভর্তি করা হয়। ভুল ইনজেকশনের বিষয় নিয়ে পরিবারের পক্ষ থেকে কোন অভিযোগ জানানো হয়নি। ডেঙ্গু আক্রান্ত রোগীর ডেঙ্গু সক সিমড্রাম আগে থেকে  ছিল কোন ভুল  ইনজেকশন দেওয়া হয়নি বমির জন্য অনড্রেম ইনজেকশন দেওয়া হয়। পরিবার এর পক্ষ থেকে কোন লিখিত অভিযোগ করা হয়নি। মালদা মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালে এই মুহূর্তে 16 জন ডেঙ্গু আক্রান্ত রোগী চিকিৎসা চলছে।

পাশাপাশি জেলায় স্বাস্থ্য দপ্তর সূত্রে জানা যাচ্ছে ডেঙ্গু আক্রান্ত জেলায় প্রায় সাতশোর এর ও বেশি।

Malda Medical College Hospital’s MSVP Puranjoy Shaha said the minor was admitted to the hospital after being medically transferred from home in a critical condition. There was no complaint from the family about the wrong injection. The dengue sock symdrum of the patient suffering from dengue was already given no wrong injection was given ondrem injection for vomiting. There was no written complaint from the family. At present, 16 dengue patients are undergoing treatment at Malda Medical College Hospital.
Besides, according to the district health department sources, more than 700 dengue affected districts.
