রিউমাটোলজির অটো-ইমিউন অবস্থা যেমন আর্থ্রাইটিস (জয়েন্টের প্রদাহ) এবং ভাস্কুলাইটিস (রক্তনালীর প্রদাহ) জন্য রোগ নির্ণয় এবং চিকিত্সা সমাজের জন্য অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ হয়ে উঠেছে যাতে তারা সঠিক রোগ নির্ণয় করতে পারে, যখন একটি অব্যক্ত চিকিৎসা অবস্থার সম্মুখীন হয়।

Indrajit Aich: Recently Satakrit Healthcare- Institute of Rheumatology and Neuro-Muscular Rehabilitation (SIRNR), has been accredited by the International League of Association for Rheumatology (ILAR) for musculo-skeletal and vascular ultrasound training for diagnosis and treatment of rheumatology diseases. On Tuesday, Satakrit Healthcare organized a press conference at the Kolkata Press Club in Kolkata Metropolitan.
Diagnosis and treatment for auto-immune conditions such as arthritis (inflammation of the joint) and vasculitis (inflammation of blood vessels) in rheumatology has become extremely important for society so that they can make an accurate diagnosis, when faced with an unexplained medical condition.

কলকাতা এবং পশ্চিমবঙ্গ অঞ্চলে রেডিওলজিস্ট, সোনোলজিস্ট এবং অ্যাসোসিয়েটেড হেলথ কেয়ার পেশাদারদের জন্য প্রকল্পটির নাম মাস্কুলোস্কেলেটল আল্ট্রাসাওন্ড (এমএসইউএস) এবং ভাস্কুলার আল্ট্রাসাউন্ড (ভিইউএস) প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মশালা। এই প্রকল্পের উদ্দেশ্য হল রেডিওলজিস্ট, সোনোলজিস্ট, নার্স এবং অন্যান্য স্বাস্থ্য পেশাদারদের পেশীবহুল আল্ট্রাসাউন্ড (এমএসইউএস) এবং ভাস্কুলার আল্ট্রাসাউন্ড (ভিইউএস) প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করা, যাতে তারা রোগীদের এই ডায়াগনস্টিক পরিষেবাগুলি কার্যকরভাবে এবং সঠিকভাবে প্রদান করতে পারে।প্রতিটি স্বাস্থ্যসেবা কেন্দ্রে এমএসইউএস এবং ভিইউএস-এর মূল ডায়াগনস্টিক পরিষেবার অংশ হওয়া একটি প্রধান অপ্রয়োজনীয় প্রয়োজন, যাতে চিকিত্সক, অর্থোপেডিক সার্জন এবং চিকিত্সক, রিউমাটোলজিস্ট, ইন্টার্নিস্টদের এই রিপোর্টগুলির জন্য প্রস্তুত অ্যাক্সেস থাকে এবং তারা আরও ভাল রোগ নির্ণয় করতে এবং বিহিত করতে সক্ষম হয়।

The project is called Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (MSUS) and Vascular Ultrasound (VUS) Training Workshop for radiologists, sonologists and associated healthcare professionals in Kolkata and West Bengal regions. The objective of this project is to provide musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSUS) and vascular ultrasound (VUS) training to radiologists, sonologists, nurses and other health professionals, so that they can effectively and accurately provide these diagnostic services to patients. Being part of msus and vus’s core diagnostic services at every healthcare center is a major unnecessary requirement, so that doctors, orthopedic surgeons and physicians, rheumatologists, internists have ready access to these reports and they are able to make and disseminate better diagnoses.

Addressing a press conference at the Kolkata Press Club today, Prof Dr Bhaskar Dasgupta said, “Our institute is a centre of excellence for rheumatology and rehabilitation. The right knowledge is the right treatment. And we have been recognized by ILAR. We are organizing training workshops for radiologists, sonologists, nurses and other health professionals in Kolkata to improve them in their field. “

এই প্রকল্পের নেতৃত্বে আছেন অধ্যাপক ডাঃ ভাস্কর দাশগুপ্ত, এমডি, এফআরসিপি, চেয়ারম্যান এসআইআরএনআর, কনসালট্যান্ট রিউমাটোলজিস্ট। অধ্যাপক ডাঃ পরাশর ঘোষ, এইচওডি (সিআই ইমিউনোলজি এবং রিউমাটোলজি) এবং ডাঃ রশ্মি রুংটা, ডিএম (সিআই ইমিউনোলজি এবং রিউমাটোলজি)। প্রকল্পটিতে ১২টি এমএসইউএস এবং ভিইউএস প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মশালা থাকবে, ৬টি বৃহত্তর কলকাতা এলাকায় (সল্টলেক, দক্ষিণ কলকাতা/এসএসকেএম, উত্তর কলকাতা/আরজি কর, বারাসত, গড়িয়া, হাওড়া) এবং ৬টি পশ্চিমবঙ্গের বিভিন্ন শহর/অঞ্চলে। প্রতিটি কর্মশালা ২ দিন ধরে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। ফেব্রুয়ারি ২০২৩ থেকে ডিসেম্বর ২০২৩ পর্যন্ত ১২টি কর্মশালা পরিচালিত হবে, প্রতি ত্রৈমাসিকে ৩ থেকে ৪টি কর্মশালা হবে।

The project is headed by Prof. Dr. Bhaskar Dasgupta, MD, FRCP, Chairman SIRNR, Consultant Rheumatologist. Prof. Dr. Parashar Ghosh, HOD (CI Immunology and Rheumatology) and Dr. Rashmi Rungta, DM (CI Immunology and Rheumatology). The project will have 12 MSUS and WUS training workshops, six in the greater Kolkata area (Salt Lake, South Kolkata/SSKM, North Kolkata/RG Kar, Barasat, Garia, Howrah) and six in different cities/regions of West Bengal. Each workshop will be held over two days. From February 2023 to December 2023, 12 workshops will be conducted, with 3 to 4 workshops per quarter.

SIRNR – In association with Kolkata Pain Clinic and Revive Life, the Department of Pain Management, internationally trained doctors, effectively treats pain conditions through advanced manual therapy for back pain and spinal conditions, as well as ultrasound guided injections into the joints.
