৮ জুলাই ২০২৫, কলকাতা- কলকাতার সীমান্ত নিরাপত্তা বাহিনীর (বিএসএফ) দক্ষিণবঙ্গ সীমান্ত সদর দপ্তর পশ্চিমবঙ্গ, ঝাড়খণ্ড, ওড়িশা, বিহার এবং আসাম, অরুণাচল প্রদেশ, মেঘালয়, মণিপুর, মিজোরাম, সিকিম, ত্রিপুরা এবং নাগাল্যান্ডের মতো উত্তর-পূর্ব রাজ্যগুলিতে বসবাসকারী অবসরপ্রাপ্ত কর্মীদের পেনশন-সম্পর্কিত অভিযোগের সমাধানের জন্য একটি দেশব্যাপী পেনশন আদালতের আয়োজন করেছে। এই উপলক্ষে, বিপুল সংখ্যক অবসরপ্রাপ্ত বিএসএফ কর্মী সরাসরি এই উদ্যোগের সুবিধা গ্রহণের জন্য সদর দপ্তরে পরিদর্শন করেছেন, যেখানে যারা ব্যক্তিগতভাবে উপস্থিত হতে পারেননি তারা অনলাইন মোডের মাধ্যমে অংশগ্রহণ করেছেন। অনুষ্ঠান চলাকালীন, মোট ১১৮ জন পেনশনভোগীদের পেনশন-সম্পর্কিত সমস্যাগুলি শোনা হয়েছিল। দক্ষিণ বঙ্গ সীমান্তের মহাপরিদর্শক শ্রী অনিশ প্রসাদ, আইপিএস পেনশন আদালতের উদ্বোধন করেন। ৮ জুলাই কলকাতার রাজারহাটে অবস্থিত দক্ষিণবঙ্গ সীমান্ত সদর দপ্তরে অনুষ্ঠিত এই অনুষ্ঠানে অবসরপ্রাপ্ত বিএসএফ কর্মীদের উৎসাহী অংশগ্রহণ লক্ষ্য করা গেছে। একটি সরকারি বিবৃতি অনুসারে, বিএসএফ (নয়াদিল্লি) এর পে অ্যান্ড অ্যাকাউন্টস ডিভিশন এবং কলকাতার স্টেট ব্যাংক অফ ইন্ডিয়ার সেন্ট্রালাইজড পেনশন প্রসেসিং সেন্টার (সিপিপিসি) এর ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্মকর্তারা এই কার্যক্রমে সক্রিয়ভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করেন। তারা পেনশনভোগীদের অভিযোগ শুনেন এবং তাদের দ্রুত সমাধানের জন্য পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করেন। সকল আগ্রহী পেনশনভোগী এবং পারিবারিক পেনশনভোগীদের জন্য একটি বিনামূল্যে স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষা শিবিরের আয়োজন করা হয়েছিল। এই উদ্যোগের প্রাথমিক লক্ষ্য ছিল প্রয়োজনীয় স্বাস্থ্যসেবা প্রদানের মাধ্যমে সমাজের এই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশের সামগ্রিক স্বাস্থ্য এবং সুস্থতা প্রচার করা। বিএসএফ জানিয়েছে যে এই দেশব্যাপী পেনশন আদালত অত্যন্ত সফল হয়েছে। পেনশনভোগীরা বিএসএফের বেতন ও হিসাব বিভাগ এবং স্টেট ব্যাংক অফ ইন্ডিয়ার সমন্বিত প্রচেষ্টার প্রশংসা করেছেন এবং কর্মকর্তাদের প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করেছেন। তারা তাদের অভিযোগের দ্রুত এবং কার্যকর সমাধান নিশ্চিত করার জন্য নিয়মিত বিরতিতে এই ধরনের পেনশন আদালত আয়োজনের অনুরোধ করেছেন।

On July 7, 2021, the Border Security Force (BSF) South Bengal Border Headquarters, covering West Bengal, Jharkhand, Orissa, Bihar, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Sikkim, Tripura, and Nagaland, was established in the state. On this occasion, a large number of retired BSF personnel visited the headquarters to take advantage of the initiative, with those who could not attend in person participating online. During the program, a total of 5 pensioners were heard in pension-related problems. Inspector General of South Bengal Border Shri Anish Prasad inaugurated the IPS Pension Court. The enthusiastic participation of retired BSF workers was noticed at the South Bengal Border Headquarters at Rajarhat, Kolkata, on July 7. According to an official statement, senior officials of the BSF (New Delhi) Pay and Accounts Division and Senior officials of the Centralised Pension Processing Centre (CPPC) of Kolkata State Bank of India actively participated in the program. They listen to the complaints of the pensioners and take steps to resolve them quickly. A free health test camp was organised for all interested pensioners and family pensioners. The initial goal of this initiative was to promote the overall health and well-being of this important part of society by providing necessary health care. The BSF has said that this nationwide pension court has been very successful. The pensioners praised the BSF’s Salary and Accounting Department and the State Bank of India’s integrated efforts and expressed their gratitude to the officers. They requested such the pension court organise regular intervals to ensure speedy and effective solutions to their complaints.
