নদিয়ায় ফের দৌরাত্ম মাটি মাফিয়াদের! খবর সম্প্রচার করায় সংবাদ কর্মীকে মিথ্যা কেসে ফাঁসানোর চেষ্টা, কাঠগড়ায় পুলিশ প্রশাসন ও শাসক দল

গোপাল বিশ্বাস, নদীয়া-ঃ একাধারে যেখানে শাসক দলের নেতা মন্ত্রীদের বিরুদ্ধে দূর্নিতির অভিযোগ উঠে আসছে, পাশাপাশি মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় বালি, কয়লাসহ মাটি মাফিয়াদের দৌরাত্ম রুখতে পুলিশ প্রশাসনকে বিভিন্ন সময় কড়া ব্যাবস্থা নিতেও শোনা গেছে। মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের এই কড়া ব্যাবস্থা নেবার কথা নিয়ে বিভিন্ন সময় বিরোধী দলের নেতৃত্বরাও বলেছেন মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের বলা এই কথা শুধুই কথার কথা, কারণ এসবের সাথে শাসক দলের প্রত্যক্ষ যোগাযোগ আছে। এমনকি পুলিশ প্রশাসনও এর সাথে জরিত। এই প্রেক্ষাপটে দাড়িয়ে নদীয়ায় ঘটে গেল এক চাঞ্চল্যকর ঘটনা, যা নিয়ে শাসক তৃণমূল সহ পুলিশ প্রশাসনের বিরুদ্ধে উঠছে এমনি মারাত্মক অভিযোগ। সম্প্রতি নবদ্বীপের শ্রীকৃষ্ণপুর এলাকায় মাটি মাফিয়াদের দৌরত্ব উঠেছে  চরমে। অভিযোগ, ভাগীরথী নদীর তীরবর্তী এলাকার চাষের জমি দখল করে ঐ এলাকারই ইট ভাটার মালিক সহ একাধিক ব্যাক্তি বালি বিক্রি করে দিচ্ছে দিনে দুপুরে এমনটাই অভিযোগ স্থানীয় চাষীদের ।

Recently, the land mafia in Sri krishnapur area of Nabadwip has become extreme. It is alleged that several people, including the owner of the brick kiln in the area, are selling sand by occupying the agricultural land on the banks of the Bhagirathi river at noon.

এলাকার চাষীরা জানান, বিভিন্ন সময় অভিযোগ জানালে নবদ্বীপ থানার পুলিশ বিনা দোষে তুলে নিয়ে গিয়ে আটকে রাখছে । ভয়ে তাদের চাষের জমি শেষ সম্বল টুকুও বাঁচাতে পারছেন না । ঘটনার খবর পেয়ে ঘটনাস্থলে আসেন ভূমি দপ্তরের আধিকারিকেরা। পরিদর্শন করতে আসা আধিকারিকেরা গ্রামবাসীদের আশ্বাস দেন এই ঘটনার তদন্ত করে সঠিক ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে। তবে সুত্রের খবর, শাসক দল ঘনিষ্ট হওয়ায় অভিযুক্তদের বিরুদ্ধে কোনও ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হয়না বলেও অভিযোগ করেন গ্রামবাসীরা। তবে কার মদতে বা কার পৃষ্ঠপোষকতায় এত সক্রিয় মাটি মাফিয়ারা তা নিয়ে ইতিমধ্যেই প্রশ্ন উঠতে শুরু করেছে। আর এই খবর প্রকাশ্যে আসতে নবদ্বীপের এক বৈদ্যুতিক মাধ্যমের সাংবাদিকের বিরুদ্ধে মাটি মাফিয়ারা নবদ্বীপ থানার যোগ সাজোসে রীতিমতো ধর্ষণের অভিযোগ দিয়েছে। যা গোটা পশ্চিমবাংলায় নজীর বিহীন ঘটনা। শুধুমাত্র নদীয়া জেলার নবদ্বীপ নয়, গঙ্গার তীরবর্তী শান্তিপুর থেকে শুরু করে রানাঘাট চাকদহ কল্যাণী সহ একাধিক জায়গায় মাটি দিনে দুপুরে এই রমরমে প্রশাসনের মদতেই করে চলেছে মাটি ব্যবসা।

And after this news came to light, the soil mafia has filed a complaint of rape against an electrical media journalist of Nabadwip police station. Which is unprecedented in the whole of West Bengal. Not only Nabadwip in Nadia district, but from Shantipur on the banks of the Ganges to Ranaghat Chakdaha Kalyani, the soil business is being carried out with the help of the administration at noon.

নবদ্বীপ বর্ধমানের যোগাযোগের অন্যতম মাধ্যম তথা নবদ্বীপের গর্ব গৌরাঙ্গ সেতুর নিচ থেকেও মাটি কাটার অভিযোগের আগেও বহুবার আসছিল, পরে গত বছর গৌরাঙ্গ সেতুতে ফাটল দেখা দেয়,  কিছু দিন সেতুতে যান চলাচল নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে বাধ্য হয় প্রশাসন, বর্তমানে এখনো কাজ চলছে ঐ গৌরাঙ্গ সেতুর, এমনি অবস্থা  কল্যানির ঈশ্বর গুপ্ত সেতুর। এই প্রসঙ্গে নবদ্বীপ শহর কংগ্রেস সভাপতি নির্মল সাহা জানান এটা দীর্ঘদিনের ব্যাধি, তবে বেশ কয়েক বছর আগে বালি মাফিয়া দের বিরুদ্ধে আমরা গৌরাঙ্গ সেতু অবরোধ করি বালি মাফিয়াদের বিরুদ্ধে বয়াবস্থা নেবার জন্য,  তারপর কিছু সময় বন্ধ থাকলেও পুনরায় আবারও এই শাসক তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসের মদতে মাফিয়া দের দৌরাত্ম বৃদ্ধি ঘটেছে। আর এর সবটা নবদ্বীপের পৌর পতির মদত আছে, না হলে শহরের বুকে দিনে, রাতে যে ভাবে বালি বোঝাই ট্রাক্টর দাপিয়ে বেরায়, উনি সবটা যানে, আর পুলিশ প্রশাসনও সবটা যানে। তবে কংগ্রেসের তরফে বলেন আমরা পরিস্থিতির ওপর নজর রাখছি, এই মাফিয়া দের বিরুদ্ধে আবারও আন্দোলনের পথে নামবার। এরি পাশাপাশি মাটি মাফিয়াদের দৌরাত্ম ও সাংবাদিকের বিরুদ্ধে মিথ্যা কেস দেবার বিষয়ে রানাঘাট লোকসভার সাংসদ জগন্নাথ সরকার বলেন, এটা নিন্দনিয় ঘটনা, আমরা এর প্রতিবাদ জানাই, পাশাপাশি তিনি নবদ্বীপ থানার পুলিশ প্রশাসনকেও তীব্র কটাক্ষ করেন। সব মিলিয়ে সমাজের চতুর্থ স্তম্ভ সমাজের দূর্নিতির খবর জনসমক্ষে আনতে গিয়ে, সমাজের তথা প্রশাসনের এই ঘ্রীন্ন কাজের তীব্র সমালোচনা ও নিন্দায় সব মহল।
