বিধায়কের হাত ধরে দিদির সুরক্ষা কবজ প্রকল্পের প্রচার শুরু করণদিঘীতে

করণদিঘীঃ মোহাম্মদ জাকারিয়াঃ মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের নেতৃত্বে তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস (TMC) রাজ্যে (পশ্চিমবঙ্গ) ক্ষমতায় আসার পর থেকে অনেক সরকারী প্রকল্পের ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে। যেসব প্রকল্প থেকে উপকৃত হয়েছেন সাধারণ মানুষ। যেমন রয়েছে কন্যাশ্রী, রুপশ্রী, যুবশ্রী, তেমনি রয়েছে লক্ষ্মী ভান্ডার, দুয়ারে সরকার, ছাড়াও ১৫টি প্রকল্প। গত ২ জানুয়ারি কলকাতার নজরুল মঞ্চে দিদির সুরক্ষা কবচ’ (Didir Suraksha Kawach) কর্মসূচি ঘোষণা করেন তৃণমূল সুপ্রিমো মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় (Mamata Banerjee)। আগামী দু’মাস পর্যন্ত ‘দিদির সুরক্ষা কবচ’ কর্মসূচির লক্ষ্যমাত্রা বেঁধে দিয়েছে দল। কন্যাশ্রী, রুপশ্রী, যুবশ্রী সহ আরও ১৫ টি সরকারি প্রকল্পের সুযোগ সুবিধা এলাকার সাধারণ মানুষ ঠিক মতো পাচ্ছেন কিনা তা খতিয়ে দেখতে নতুন কর্মসূচি গ্রহণ করেছে তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস (TMC)।

Karandighi: Since the Trinamool Congress (TMC) led by Mamata Banerjee came to power in the state (West Bengal), many government projects have been announced. The projects from which the common people have benefited. There are Kanyashree, Rupashree, Yuvashree, as well as Lakshmi Bhandar, Duare Sarkar, and 15 projects. On January 2, Mamata Banerjee announced the ‘Didi Suraksha Kawach’ programme at Nazrul Mancha in Kolkata. The party has set a target of ‘Didi’s Suraksha Kavach’ programme for the next two months. The Trinamool Congress (TMC) has chalked out a new programme to check if the common people of the area are getting the benefits of 15 other government schemes, including Kanyashree, Rupashree, Yuvashree.

তাই শুক্রবার বিকেলে উত্তর দিনাজপুর জেলার করণদিঘী ব্লক তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসের কার্যালয়ে ‘দিদির সুরক্ষা কবচ’ কর্মসূচি শুরু করে দিলেন স্থানীয় বিধায়ক গৌতম পাল বিধায়ক ও জনপ্রতিনিধিরা। প্রেসমিটে এদিন করণদিঘী বিধানসভার বিধায়ক গৌতম পাল এই কর্মসূচির সূচনা করেন। এলাকার সমস্ত জনপ্রতিনিধি ও নেতৃত্বকে সঙ্গে নিয়ে। সমস্ত সরকারি প্রকল্পের সুবিধা যাতে এলাকার সাধারণ মানুষ সঠিক ভাবে পেতে পারেন সেই বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করার বার্তা দেন বিধায়ক গৌতম পাল।

On Friday afternoon, local MLA Goutam Pal, MLA and public representatives started the ‘Didi Suraksha Kavach’ program at the Trinamool Congress office in Karandighi block of North Dinajpur district. The programme was launched by Karandighi MLA Gautam Pal at a press meet. With all the public representatives and leadership of the area. Mla Gautam Pal gave a message to ensure that the common people of the area get the benefits of all government schemes in the right way.

বিধায়ক গৌতম পাল বলেন: “২ এ জানুয়ারি ২০২৩ কোলকাতার নজরুল মঞ্চে  সর্বভারতীয় তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসের সভানেত্রী তথা বাংলার মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় ও সর্বভারতীয় তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসের সাধারণ সম্পাদক অভিষেক বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়  এবং রাজ্য সভাপতি সুব্রত বক্সী মহাশয়ের নেতৃত্বে  ‘দিদির সুরক্ষা কবচ’ নামে একটি দলীয় কর্মসূচি ঘোষণা করা হয়েছিল।

দিদির সুরক্ষা কবচ নিয়ে, কিভাবে আমরা কাজ করব, সেই নিয়ম, নীতি আজকে আমরা প্রকাশ করলাম, দলীয় সমস্ত নেতৃত্বের কাছে। তিনি আরও বলেন আগামী ১১ই জানুয়ারি থেকে ১৫ ই ফেব্রুয়ারি পর্যন্ত ২৫ দিন আমাদের এই দিদির সুরক্ষা কবজের প্রচার অভিযান চলবে।

MLA Goutam Pal said: “On January 2, 2023, a party programme called ‘Didi’s Suraksha Kavach’ was announced at Nazrul Mancha in Kolkata under the leadership of All India Trinamool Congress President and Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and All India Trinamool Congress General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee and state president Subrata Bakshi. Today, we have revealed the rules and policies of how we will work with didi’s protective shield, to all the leadership of the party. He further said that from January 11 to February 15, our campaign will continue for 25 days.

প্রত্যেকটি বুথ থেকে পাঁচজন করে দিদির দুধ নির্বাচন করা হয়েছে। তারা স্টিকার, ক্যালেন্ডার, হ্যান্ডবিল ও মোবাইল নিয়ে  দিদির সুরক্ষা কবচ অ্যাপে নিয়ে যাবে। ৬ টি ক্ষেত্রে ১৫ টি প্রকল্প, বাড়ি বাড়ি গিয়ে  প্রচারের আওতায় আনতে হবে।  কারা কারা এই প্রকল্পগুলি সম্পুর্ণ ভাবে পায়নি। যারা  প্রকল্পগুলি পায়নি, তাদের ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে, দিদি সুরক্ষা কবচ অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে। এদিন উপস্থিত ছিলেন করণদিঘির বিধায়ক গৌতম পাল, করণদিঘির পঞ্চায়েত সমিতির সভাপতি মোহাম্মদ কামরুজ্জামান, ব্লক সভাপতি সুভাষচন্দ্র  সিনহা, ব্লক সহ সভাপতি শ্যামলাল মাহাতো সহ ব্লক নেতৃত্ব, অঞ্চল সভাপতি, প্রধান ও অন্যান্য প্রমুখ নেতৃত্ব গণ।

Five didi’s milk has been selected from each booth. They will carry stickers, calendars, handbills and mobilephones to Didi’s Suraksha Kavach app. 15 projects in 6 cases, door-to-door will have to be brought under publicity.  Who did not get these projects completely? Those who did not get the projects will have to make arrangements, through the Didi Suraksha Kavach app. Karandighi MLA Gautam Pal, Karandighi Panchayat Samiti President Mohammad Kamruzzaman, Block President Subhash Chandra Sinha, Block Vice President Shyamlal Mahato, Block Leadership, Area President, Head and other leaders were present on the occasion.
