ইন্দ্রজিৎ আইচঃ সংবাদপত্রে পড়া একেবারে সত্যি কারের রুদ্ধশাস একটি ঘটনা নিয়ে হিন্দি ছবি বানিয়েছেন পরিচালক সৃজিত মুখার্জী। ছবির নাম শের দিল দি পিলিভিট সাগা। 24 শে জুন 2022 শুক্রবার মুক্তি পেলো এই ছবিটা। পার্ক হোটেলে ছবির ট্রেলার লঞ্চের পাশাপাশি সাংবাদিক সম্মেলনের জন্য কলকাতায় ঘুরে গেলেন এই ছবির প্রধান অভিনেতা পঙ্কজ ত্রিপাঠি। সঙ্গে ছিলেন ছবির পরিচালক সৃজিত মুখোপাধ্যায়।
কলকাতার পার্ক হোটেলে এক সাংবাদিক সম্মেলনে সৃজিত জানালেন নেপাল বর্ডার এর কাছে , নাগপুর তজোবা জঙ্গলে শুটিং হয়েছে এই ছবির। সংবাদপত্রে পড়েছিলাম এখানকার একে বারে হতদরিদ্র মানুষের পরিবারে যারা খুব বয়স্ক যাদের চলা ফেরার ক্ষমতা নেই; তাদের নিয়ে গিয়ে জঙ্গলে ফেলে রেখে আসে বাড়ির লোকজন। জঙ্গলের বাঘ তাদের খাওয়ার পর সেই আধ খাওয়া মানুষের শরীর নিয়ে তারা সরকারের কাছে দাবি জানায় ক্ষতি-পূরণের। এই ঘটনা আমার মনে খুব নাড়া দিয়ে যায়। তখন ঠিক করি এই বিষয়টা নিয়ে ছবি করবো। 
গল্পে বা সিনেমায় দেখানো হয়েছে যে যেহেতু বাঘ গ্রামে এসে মানুষ মেরেছে, তাই বাঘকে মেরে ফেলা হোক। কিন্তু আমার ছবিতে এই ম্যসেজ আছে বনের পশু হত্যা করা জাতীয় অপরাধ। এমনকি এই অবস্থায় সেখানকার অবস্থা কতটা করুন ছবিতে তাই দেখানো হয়েছে। তাদের কতটা অর্থনৈতিক অবস্থা খারাপ হলে তাদের বাড়ির লোককে জঙ্গলে বাঘের মুখে ফেলে আসে। এই অবস্থার ওপর ছবিটি নির্মিত।
পুরোটাই জঙ্গলের শুটিং। আমার এই ছবিতে পঙ্কজ ত্রিপাঠি গঙ্গারাম চরিত্রে অভিনয় করেছেন। অসাধারণ তার অভিনয় যা আপনারা পর্দায় দেখবেন। এছাড়া নিরজ কবি ও সায়নী গুপ্তা এই ছবিতে বিশেষ চরিত্রে অভিনয় করেছেন। আজ থেকে 5 বছর আগে এই গল্পটা লিখে চিত্রনাট্য করে রেখেছিলাম।
সাংবাদিক সম্মেলনে অভিনয় নিয়ে পঙ্কজ ত্রিপাঠি (গঙ্গারাম) জানালেন সৃজিত দারুন পরিচালক। উনি খুব সুন্দরভাবে ছবির প্রতিটা শ্যট নিয়েছেন। জঙ্গলে ছিলাম। ওখানে আমি রান্না করেছি আলু পোস্ত, চচ্চরি, কষা মাংস রান্না করে খেয়েছি। ভোর 5 টা থেকে শুটিং করেছি সূর্য না ডুবে যাওয়া পর্যন্ত। খুব এনার্জিক কাজ হয়েছে। আশা করি এই ছবিটা সমাজে একটা বিরাট বার্তা দিতে পারবে। এই ধরণের ছবির আগে হয়নি বা কেউ করেনি। সবমিলিয়ে একটা নতুনত্ব পাবে এই ছবিতে সিনেমার দর্শকরা।

If their economic condition worsens, they leave the people of their house in the face of tigers in the forest. The film is based on this situation.
It’s all about the forest. Pankaj Tripathi plays Gangaram in this film of mine. Amazing is his performance that you will see on screen. Apart from this, Nirj Kavi and Sayani Gupta have also played special roles in the film. I wrote this story 5 years ago. At the press conference, Pankaj Tripathi (Gangaram) said about his performance as a great director. He has taken every shot of the film very beautifully. I was in the forest. There, I cooked potato poppy, chachari, raw meat and ate it. I shot from 5 a.m. until the sun went down. It’s been a very energetic job. I hope this film can send a big message to the society. This kind of picture has not happened before or no one has done it. Overall, the audience of the film will get a novelty in this film.
