মালদা: শহর থেকে গ্রাম বৈধ কাগজ ছাড়াই ব্যাঙের ছাতার মতো গড়ে উঠেছে পানীয় জলের একাধিক কারখানা। অভিযোগ পেয়ে এবারে অবৈধ পানীয় জল কারখানা গুলির বিরুদ্ধে অভিযানে নামল মালদা জেলা প্রশাসন। বুধবার সকাল থেকেই মালদা জেলা ফুড সেফটি দপ্তরের আধিকারিকরা শহর এবং গ্রাম গঞ্জের একাধিক জায়গায় হানা দেয়। জানা যায় এদিন মালদা শহরের ঘোড়াপির এলাকায় হানা দিয়ে অবৈধ একটি পানীয় জলের কারখানা সিল করে দেওয়া হয়। মালদা জেলা ফুড সেফটি আধিকারিক প্রশান্ত কুমার বৈদিক জানান, মাঝখানেক আগে তারা এই অভিযান চালিয়ে বেশ কিছু পানীয় জলের কারখানায় বৈধ কাগজপত্র না থাকায় বন্ধের নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছিল। কিন্তু তারপরও রমরমেই চালিয়ে যাচ্ছিল তারা কারখানা। সেই মতো আজ অবৈধ বিভিন্ন পানীয় জল কারখানায় হানা দিয়ে সিল করে দেওয়া হলো।
