রাজেন্দ্র নাথ দত্ত:মুর্শিদাবাদ : মুর্শিদাবাদ জেলার খড়গ্রাম ব্লকের বালিয়া গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েতের শিবপুর গ্রামের আদিবাসী অধ্যুষিত এলাকায় বিশেষ জনসংযোগ শিবির ক্যাম্প অনুষ্ঠিত হলো। এই ক্যাম্পে জাতিগত শংসাপত্র, কন্যাশ্রী প্রকল্প এছাড়াও লক্ষীর ভান্ডার এর মত প্রকল্প গুলির জন্য আবেদন করেন অনেকে। মূলত আদিবাসী অধ্যুষিত এলাকার বাসিন্দারা নানা কারণে দুয়ারে সরকার ক্যাম্পে আসতে দ্বিধাবোধ করেন বলে অনেক ক্ষেত্রেই দেখা গেছে।সে কথা মাথায় রেখেই এই উদ্যোগ নেওয়া হয়েছে বলে জানা যায়। ঠিক সেই মতই কান্দী মহকুমার খড়গ্রাম ব্লকের বালিয়া গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েতের একটি আদিবাসী অধ্যুষিত গ্রাম রয়েছে যার নাম শিবপুর কলোনি। সেই গ্রামেই জনসংযোগ শিবির এর একটি বিশেষ ক্যাম্প করা হল বালিয়া গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েত ও খড়গ্রাম ব্লক প্রশাসন এর পক্ষ থেকে। এই বিশেষ জনসংযোগ শিবির ক্যাম্পে অসংখ্য আদিবাসী মানুষ তাদের বিভিন্ন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ শংসাপত্র এবং নানা সরকারি বিষয়ে উপকৃত হচ্ছেন বলে জানা যায়। এই ক্যাম্প থেকে বেশ কিছু শংসাপত্র ও সামাজিক সুরক্ষা যোজনার কার্ড দেওয়া হয় আদিবাসীদের মধ্যে। এ বিষয়ে বালিয়া গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েতের প্রধান গোকুল ঘোষ বলেন , আদিবাসী অধ্যুষিত এলাকাগুলোতে করা হচ্ছে বিশেষ জনসংযোগ শিবির প্রকল্প।বিভিন্ন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ শংসাপত্র লক্ষীর ভান্ডার, জমি সংক্রান্ত বিষয়, সামাজিক সুরক্ষা যোজনা ইত্যাদি প্রকল্পের আবেদন নেওয়া হচ্ছে এই ক্যাম্প থেকে। স্বাভাবিকভাবেই এই বিশেষ জনসংযোগ শিবির ক্যাম্পের ফলে উপকৃত হচ্ছেন আদিবাসী মানুষেরা। এই ক্যাম্পে উপস্থিত ছিলেন খড়গ্রাম ব্লক সমষ্টি উন্নয়ণ আধিকারিক বাপি ধর, খড়গ্রাম ব্লক যুগ্ম সমষ্টি উন্নয়ন আধিকারিক, খড়গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েত সমিতির পূর্ত কর্মাধ্যক্ষ আবুল হাসনাত, বালিয়া গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েতের প্রধান গোকুল ঘোষ, বালিয়া গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েতের সমস্ত সদস্য ও সদস্যারা, বালিয়া গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েতের সমস্ত সরকারি আধিকারিকরা, বিশিষ্ট সমাজসেবী জ্যোতিনময় মন্ডল।
Murshidabad: A special public relations camp camp was held in shibpur village of Balia gram panchayat of Khargram block of Murshidabad district. In this camp, many people apply for projects like caste certificate, Kanyashree scheme and Laxmi Bhandar. It has been seen in many cases that the residents of the mainly tribal-dominated areas are hesitant to come to the government camp in Duare for various reasons. It is known that this initiative has been taken keeping that in mind. Similarly, there is an Adivasi-dominated village in Balia gram panchayat of Khargram block of Kandi subdivision called Shibpur Colony. In the same village, a special camp of the public relations camp has been set up by the Balia gram panchayat and Khargram block administration. It is known that in this special public relations camp camp, numerous indigenous people are benefiting from their various important certificates and various government matters. From this camp, several certificates and social security scheme cards are given to the adivasis. Gokul Ghosh, head of Balia gram panchayat, said a special public relations camp project is being carried out in tribal-dominated areas. Applications for various important certificates such as lakhi bhandar, land related issues, social security scheme etc. are being taken from this camp. Naturally, indigenous people are benefiting from this special public relations camp camp. Khargram Block Community Development Officer Bapi Dhar, Khargram Block Joint Community Development Officer, Khargram Panchayat Samiti Public Works Officer Abul Hasnat, Balia Gram Panchayat Chief Gokul Ghosh, all the members and members of Balia Gram Panchayat, all government officials of Balia Gram Panchayat, eminent social worker Jyotinmoy Mondal were present in the camp.
