রাজেন্দ্র নাথ দত্ত:মুর্শিদাবাদ : প্রকৃতির রোষের সামনে হার মানতে পারে সবকিছু। যুগ যুগ ধরে এটাই প্রমাণ হয়ে আসছে। ঠিক যেমন চলতি বছর বর্ষা একপ্রকার পার হতে গেলেও অন্যান্য জেলার পাশাপাশি বৃষ্টি নেই মুর্শিদাবাদ জেলা জুড়ে। পর্যাপ্ত পরিমাণে বৃষ্টি না হওয়ায় যেমন চাষিরা বিপুল ক্ষতির সম্মুখীন, ঠিক তেমনি ক্ষতির সম্মুখীন বিভিন্ন ব্যবসার সঙ্গে যুক্ত ব্যবসায়ীরাও। এমনই ক্ষতির সম্মুখীন ছাতা, বর্ষাতি বিক্রির সঙ্গে যুক্ত ব্যবসায়ীরা। হাজার হাজার টাকা দিয়ে তারা এই সকল সামগ্রী কিনে দোকানে সাজালেও বিক্রি বাটা নেই একেবারেই।বর্ষার মরশুমে এই সকল জিনিসপত্র বিক্রির সঙ্গে যুক্ত ব্যবসায়ীরা ভালো মুনাফা অর্জন করে থাকেন। কিন্তু এই বছর বৃষ্টি না হওয়ার কারণে তাদের দোকানে ছাতা, বর্ষাতি ইত্যাদি ধুলো খাচ্ছে। তবে এখনো পর্যন্ত এই সকল ব্যবসায়ীরা আশায় দিন গুণছেন, সামনে যদি বৃষ্টি হয় তাহলে কিছুটা হলেও বিক্রি হবে। পাশাপাশি অন্যান্য বছর তারা এই সকল জিনিসপত্র বিক্রি করার পর পুজোর জামাকাপড় বিক্রি করার জন্য বিনিয়োগ করেন। কিন্তু সেক্ষেত্রেও এবার ছোট ব্যবসায়ীরা সমস্যার সম্মুখীন। কারণ তাদের পুঁজির বড় অংশ ছাতা, বর্ষাতিতেই আটকে রয়েছে। ব্যবসায়ীদের তরফ থেকে জানানো হয়েছে, এই বছর তারা ৫০ হাজার টাকার উপরে বিনিয়োগ করেছিলেন ছাতা, বর্ষাতি ইত্যাদির ক্ষেত্রে। কিন্তু তার ন্যূনতম জিনিসপত্র বিক্রি না হওয়ায় প্রায় সব টাকায় এখনো এই জায়গাতেই বিনিয়োগ হয়ে রয়েছে। এর ফলে পুজোর আগে তারা পুজোর জন্য যে সকল নতুন নতুন জামা কাপড় নিয়ে আসেন সে ক্ষেত্রে সমস্যায় পড়ছেন। পুজোয় কীভাবে তারা ব্যবসা চালাবেন তা নিয়ে চরম দুশ্চিন্তায়।

According to traders, this year they invested over Rs 50,000 in umbrellas, rainy seasons, etc. But almost all the money is still invested in this place as his minimum items are not sold. As a result, they are facing problems in all the new clothes that they bring for the puja before the puja. They are extremely worried about how they will run the business during the puja.
