বিগত ২০২০ সালে ‘বায়োস্কোপ – ফিল্মোপযোগী গপ্পের সংকলন’ গ্রন্থে প্রকাশিত, কলকাতা ইন্টার ন্যাশনাল মাইক্রো ফিল্ম ফেস্টিভ্যালে পুরস্কৃত (আই.এম.এফ.এফ.কে) কমলিকা দত্তের গল্প ‘টোপ’ নিয়ে ছবি করতে চলেছেন নির্দেশক নীলাঞ্জন ভৌমিক। ছবিটিতে অভিনয়ের জন্য নতুন করে চুক্তিবদ্ধ হয়েছেন কথাঞ্জলি ও সৌরভ। এ প্রসঙ্গে ছবির নির্মাতা শ্রীমতি সাধনা পঞ্চাল বলেন, ‘অভিনয়ের জন্য দুজনকে সাইনিং মানি দিয়েছিলাম। কিন্তু ঠিক করেছি, জনপ্রিয় সিরিয়ালের চেনা মুখ নিয়ে আর কোনো ছবি নির্মাণ করব না। সে কারণে এই ছবিতে নতুন মুখ নেওয়া হয়েছে।’
‘এনটাইস’ ছবির এই নির্মাতা আরো জানান, ‘প্রযোজক হিসেবে শিল্পীর কাছে সম্মান আশা করি। যাঁরা আমাদের অসম্মান করবেন, বিভিন্ন জায়গায় বলে বেড়াবেন, এখানে কোনো ভালো টেকনিশিয়ান নেই, পরিচালক নেই। প্রযোজক নেই … তাঁরা প্রকারান্তরে আমাদের পুরো ইন্ডাস্ট্রিকে অপমান করছেন। এঁদের নিয়ে আমি কাজ করবো না।’
ছবিটিতে আরো কয়েকজনের অভিনয়ের কথা শোনা যাচ্ছে। আগামী ডিসেম্বর থেকে ছবির শুটিং শুরু হবে জানালেন পরিচালক।
Director Nilanjan Bhowmik is going to make a film based on Kamalika Dutta’s story ‘Tope’, which was awarded at Kolkata International Micro Film Festival (IMFFK), published in the book ‘Bioscope – Anthology of Filmable Gopper’ in 2020. But I have decided, I will not make any more film with the famous face of the popular serial. That’s why a new face has been taken in this film.
The maker of the film ‘Entice’ also said, ‘As a producer, I expect respect from the artist. Those who will disrespect us, will say in different places, there are no good technicians, there are no directors. Producers don’t … they’re basically insulting our entire industry. I will not work with them.
A few others are rumored to be acting in the film. The director said that the shooting of the film will start from next December.
