tehatto: তেহট্ট থানার হাউলিয়া গ্রামে অবস্থিত সেন্ট জোসেফ ক্যাথলিক চার্চের প্রাঙ্গনে ওই চার্চেরই উদ্যোগে ভারতীয় রেডক্রস সোসাইটির তেহট্ট মহকুমা শাখার পরিচালনায় ও ভিশন আই কেয়ার, তেহট্টর সহযোগিতায় একটি বিনামূল্যে চক্ষু পরীক্ষা শিবির আয়োজিত হয়ে গেল। হাউলিয়া সহ বিভিন্ন গ্রামের শতাধিক মানুষ এখানে বিনামূল্যে চক্ষু পরীক্ষণের সুযোগ গ্রহণ করেন। ভারতীয় রেডক্রস সোসাইটির তেহট্ট মহকুমা শাখার সম্পাদক অপূর্ব কুমার ঘোষ, কো-অর্ডিনেটর উত্তম কুমার বিশ্বাস, উৎপল বিশ্বাস সহ রেডক্রসের বহু সদস্য ও ভিশন আই কেয়ারের চিকিৎসক ও চিকিৎসা কর্মীগণের সক্রিয়তায় খুব সুন্দরভাবে শিবিরের সমস্ত কাজ পরিসমাপ্ত হয়। সেন্ট জোসেফ ক্যাথলিক চার্চের ফাদার সকলকে আন্তরিক ধন্যবাদ জ্ঞাপন করেন।
Tehatto: A free eye check-up camp was organized on the premises of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church located in Haulia village of Tehatta police station under the auspices of the Tehatta Sub-Divisional Branch of the Indian Red Cross Society and in collaboration with Vision Eye Care, Tehatta. Hundreds of people from different villages, including Haulia, took the opportunity of free eye examination here. Apurba Kumar Ghosh, secretary of the Tehatta sub-divisional branch of the Indian Red Cross Society, co-ordinators Uttam Kumar Biswas, Utpal Biswas and many members of the Red Cross and the doctors and medical staff of Vision Eye Care completed all the work of the camp very well. The Father of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church extended his sincere thanks to all.
