মোহাম্মদ জাকারিয়াঃ উত্তর দিনাজপুরঃ সারা ভারত কিষান ও ক্ষেত মজদুর সংগঠন এর পক্ষ থেকে দ্বীতিয় উত্তর দিনাজপুর জেলা সম্মেলন অনুষ্ঠিত হয় শনিবার উত্তর দিনাজপুর জেলার করণদিঘী বাস স্ট্যান্ডের পাশের রাহুল মঞ্চে। এদিন করণদিঘী হাই স্কুল মাঠ থেকে করণদিঘী রাহুল মঞ্চ পর্যন্ত পদযাত্রা করা হয়। একই দিনে অনুষ্ঠানের শেষ পর্বে জেলা কমিটি গঠন করে ঘোষণা করা হয়। সংগঠনের রাজ্য সম্পাদক গোপাল বিশ্বাস জানান সম্প্রতি উত্তর দিনাজপুর জেলায় সারের কালো বাজারে নিয়ে চাষীরা সকল আন্দোলন করেছে, এটা অত্যন্ত আনন্দের বিষয়। চাষিরা নিজেরা সংঘটিত হয়ে, তাদের কাছ থেকে কালোবাজারি করে যে হাজার হাজার টাকা বাড়তি নেওয়া হচ্ছিল, সেটা কৃষকরা বহু অংশে প্রতিরোধ করতে পেরেছে।
কৃষকদের যে সমস্ত দাবি সেগুলো হলো ১) রাসায়নিক সারের বস্তার গায়ের লেখা এমআরপি রেটে রশিদ সহ সকল কৃষকদের কাছে সার বিক্রি করতে হবে। ২) সরকারি ভর্তুকীযুক্ত সারের সঙ্গে অন্য কোন সামগ্রী কৃষককে নিতে বাধ্য করা যাবে না। ৩) প্রতিটি সারের দোকানে স্টক, রেট উল্লেখ করে বোর্ড লাগাতে হবে। ৪) কৃষকদের স্যার কেনার সময় ও ফসল বিক্রির সময় কোনরকম হয়রানি করা চলবে না। ৫) সরকারি আইন বা বিধি লংঘনকারী সারের দোকানদার বা ডিলারের বিরুদ্ধে প্রশাসনিককে কঠোরভাবে ব্যবস্থা নিতে হবে। ৬) দোষী স্যারের দোকানদারদের লাইসেন্স বাতিল করতে হবে। ৭) আন্দোলনরত কৃষকদের উপর হামলাকারী দোকানদারদের বিরুদ্ধে দৃষ্টান্তমূলক শাস্তির ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে। ৮) আন্দোলনকারী কৃষকদের উপর থেকে মিথ্যা মামলা অবিলম্বে প্রত্যাহার করতে হবে। ৯) জেলায় দীর্ঘদিন যাবত সারের দোকানদারগণ এমআরপি রেটের দুই গুন দামে স্যার বিক্রি করেছে এই বেআইনি অর্থ দোকানদারকে হিসাব করে সমস্ত কৃষককে ফেরত দিতে হবে। ১০) সরকারি উদ্যোগে কৃষককে সস্তা দরে স্যার বীজ কীটনাশক ডিজেল দিতে হবে। ১১) স্যার নিয়ে কালোবাজারি বন্ধ করতে হবে। ১২) সমস্ত ক্ষেত মজদুর দের কে সারা বছর কাজ দিতে হবে।এদিন সম্মেলনে প্রধান বক্তা ছিলেন অল ইন্ডিয়া কিষান ক্ষেত মেজদুর সংগঠনের পশ্চিমবঙ্গ রাজ্য সম্পাদক গোপাল বিশ্বাস, ছিলেন জেলা নেতৃত্ব দয়াল সিংহ, মোহাম্মদ জাহিরুদ্দিন, নবীন সিংহ, তপন দাস, রুবিনা খাতুন রত্নেশ্বর বর্মন সহ অন্যান্য কৃষক ও খেদমজুররা।
North Dinajpur: The Second North Dinajpur District Conference was held on behalf of the All India Kisan and Khet Mazdoor Sangathan on Saturday at Rahul Mancha next to Karandighi bus stand in North Dinajpur district. On this day, a march was held from Karandighi High School ground to Karandighi Rahul Manch. On the same day, the district committee was formed and announced in the last phase of the program. Gopal Biswas, the state secretary of the organization, said that it is a matter of great pleasure that the farmers have recently launched all the agitations in the black market of fertilizers in North Dinajpur district. The farmers themselves have been able to resist in many parts the thousands of rupees that were being taken from them by black marketing.
The demands of the farmers are 1) The fertilizer should be sold to all the farmers, including the receipt, at the MRP rate written on the sack of chemical fertilizer. 2) Farmers cannot be forced to take any other material along with government subsidized fertilizers. 3) Every fertilizer store should put up a board mentioning the stock, rate. 4) Farmers should not be harassed at the time of purchase and sale of crops. 5) The administration will have to take strict action against the fertilizer shopkeeper or dealer who violates government laws or rules. 6) The license of the shopkeepers of the guilty sir will have to be canceled. 7) Exemplary punishment should be provided against the shopkeepers who attacked the protesting farmers. 8) False cases against the agitating farmers should be withdrawn immediately. 9) For a long time, fertilizer shopkeepers in the district have sold sir at two times the MRP rate, this illegal money will have to be accounted by the shopkeeper and returned to all the farmers. 10) At the initiative of the government, the farmer will have to give sir seed pesticide diesel at a cheaper rate. 11) Black marketing should be stopped with sir. 12) All the field labourers will have to be given work throughout the year. Gopal Biswas, West Bengal state secretary of All India Kisan Khet Mejdur Sanghatana, district leaders Dayal Singh, Mohammad Zahiruddin, Nabin Singh, Tapan Das, Rubina Khatun Ratneshwar Barman and other farmers and agricultural labourers were the main speakers at the conference.
