ইন্দ্রজিৎ আইচঃ আমাদের সমাজে এমন প্রতিভাবান ছেলে মেয়েরা রয়েছেন যারা পিছিয়ে পড়া শ্রেণীর মানুষ, কেউ তারা প্রতিবন্ধী, কেউ বা মানসিক রোগী অথবা বধির। কিন্তু তারা অন্যদের থেকে অসম্ভব প্রতিভাবান। তাদের লাইম লাইট এ আনতে এক বিশেষ উদ্যোগ নিয়েছে বি সি সি এন্ড আই।
দা বেঙ্গল চেম্বার অফ কমার্স অ্যান্ড ইন্ডাস্ট্রি এই বিষয় কে কেন্দ্র করে নিউ টাউন এর আর্মি ইনস্টিটিউট অফ ম্যানেজমেন্ট এর হলে এক আলোচনার ও সেমিনারের আয়োজন করে। উপস্থিত ছিলেন হেলো হেরিটেজ এর কর্ণধার রেশমি চট্টোপাধ্যায়, আর্মি ইনস্টিটিউট ভি এস রন্দে, কমলিনি পাল, জয়ন্ত চক্রবর্তী, বৈশালী ডালমিয়া এবং (BCCI & I) এর প্রধান সুকন্যা বসু। সকলেই এক বাক্যে স্বীকার করেন আর্টিজম বাচ্চা বা বড়দের পাশে আমাদের সকলের থাকা উচিত। তাদের হাতের কাজের মার্কেটিং, প্রমোশন আরো বেশি।করে করা উচিত তারাই আগামী দিনের ভবিষৎ।কলকাতা ও জেলার বিভিন্ন সংস্থা ও এন জি ও এই ধরনের কাজ করে চলেছে। এমন তিন মহিলা (পারমিতা, সমন্বিতা, শ্রাবণী ) উপস্থিত ছিলেন আজ এই সেমিনারে। তারা এই আলোচনায় জানালেন বিশেষ চাহিদা সম্পর্ণ ছেলে মেয়েরা কেউ ব্যাগ, হাতের কাজের বিভিন্ন জিনিস, ঘর সাজানোর দ্রব্য, মোমবাতি, মসলা, ধুপ ,মধু সহ নানা জিনিশ খুব যত্ন সহকারে বানায় যা বিভিন্ন মেলায় ও দোকানে বিক্রি হয়। এটা তাদের উৎসাহের সঞ্চার করে। আজ সেইসব তাদের বানানো কিছু জিনিস পত্রের একটি প্রদর্শনীর আয়োজন করা হয় এই আর্মি ইনস্টিটিউট অফ ম্যানেজমেন্টে। আজ এই আলোচনায় এই ম্যানেজমেন্টের ১০০ ছাত্র-ছাত্রী উপস্থিত ছিলো ও তাদের কেউ কেউ তাদের শিক্ষার কিছু অভিজ্ঞতা শেয়ার করে।
Indrajit Aich: There are talented boys and girls in our society who belong to backward classes, some are disabled, some are mentally ill or deaf. But they are more talented than others. BCC&I has taken a special initiative to bring them into the lime light.
The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized a discussion and seminar on this topic in the hall of the Army Institute of Management, New Town. Hello Heritage CEO Reshmi Chatterjee, Army Institute VS Rande, Kamalini Pal, Jayant Chakraborty, Vaishali Dalmiya and (BCCI & I) Chief Sukanya Basu were present. Everyone agrees in one sentence that we all should have art alongside children or adults. Marketing, promotion of their handiwork is more. They are the future of the future. Various organizations and NGOs in Kolkata and districts are doing this kind of work. Three such women (Paramita, Samhitha, Shravani) were present in this seminar today. They told in this discussion that some boys and girls with special needs make bags, various handicrafts, home decoration items, candles, spices, incense, honey etc. with great care which are sold in various fairs and shops. It inspires them. Today, an exhibition of some of their products is being organized at the Army Institute of Management. Today in this discussion 100 students of this management were present and some of them shared some experience of their education
