আকাশছোঁয়া মূল্য বৃদ্ধি! রকমারি মিষ্টির সাথে সাড়ম্বরে ঘরে ঘরে পালিত হলো ভাইফোঁটা।

গোপাল বিশ্বাস -: নদীয়া। কথায় বলে বাঙালির বারো মাসে তেরো পার্বণ, আর সেই পার্বণের অন্যতম হল ভাইফোঁটা। এই দিনটার জন্য সারা বছর  অপেক্ষা করে থাকে সব ভাই ও বোনেরা। এদিন সকাল থেকেই বাড়ীতে বাড়ীতে চলছে জোরকদমে বোনেদের প্রস্তুতি পর্ব।কোন রকম কমতি নেই ভাইরাও, তারাও তাদের সাধ্যমত চেষ্টা করছে বোন বা দিদিদের খুশী করার জন্য । একেই চলছে  উৎসবের মরসুম, বাজারে বিভিন্ন জিনিসপত্রের দামও আকাশছোঁয়া।  তবু বাঙালি এই দ্রব্য মূল্য বৃদ্ধি ছ্যাকাঁ কোন মতেই বাঙালি কে দমাতে পারে না। তার ওপর বাঙালী খাদ্য রসিক ,তার উপর উৎসবের দিন বলে কথা।  বিভিন্ন জিনিসের দাম যত বেশিই হোক বাজারে র সেরা জিনিস কেনার জন্য সকলেই ব্যস্ত। আর এই ভাইফোঁটা র বিশেষ দিনে শহরের বিভিন্ন মিষ্টির দোকানে দোকানে বিভিন্ন ধরনের মিষ্টির পসরা সাজিয়ে তৈরী ব্যাবসায়ীরাও। এদিন দেখা গেল মিস্টির দোকানে গিয়ে ভাই ও বোনেরা খোঁজ করছেন এবছরের কি কি নতুন ধরনের মিস্টি তৈরী ,হয়েছে এবং দাম কত। এবিষয়ে এক ব্যাবসায়ী জানান,এবছর তারা বেশ কিছু নতুন আইটেম তৈরী করেছেন, এবং সেইসব আইটেম গুলির দাম একটু বেশি , তবুও চাহিদা বেশ ভাল আছে। বেশীরভাগ টাই এবছর ক্ষীরের বিভিন্ন ধরনের মিষ্টি সহ ক্যাডবেরি ফ্লেভারের মিষ্টির চাহিদা যথেষ্ট ভাল। বাজারে দুধের দাম সহ মিষ্টির কাচামাল তথা উপকরণের দাম বেশি হওয়ায় কিছুটা দামেও বৃদ্ধি ঘটেছে।

A trader said that this year they have made several new items, and the price of those items is a bit high, yet the demand is quite good. The demand for cadberry flavor sweets, including the variety of sweets of kheer, is quite good this year. Due to the high price of sweet raw materials and materials, including the price of milk in the market, there has been a slight increase in the price.
