কলকাতা, 24শে নভেম্বর, 2023: টেকনো ইন্ডিয়া গ্রুপ, পূর্ব ভারতের বৃহত্তম বেসরকারি শিক্ষা গোষ্ঠী, আজ আন্তঃস্কুল ক্রীড়া প্রতিযোগিতা টেকনো অলিম্পিকা নাইটসের তৃতীয় সংস্করণ ঘোষণা করেছে যা 29শে নভেম্বর, 2023 এ শুরু হবে৷ এই মেগা স্পোর্টিং ইভেন্টে 850 জনেরও বেশি অংশগ্রহণ করবে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ জুড়ে 50টি স্কুলের শিক্ষার্থীরা। এই ক্রীড়া প্রদর্শনীটি 4ঠা ডিসেম্বর, 2023-এ শেষ হবে। অনুষ্ঠানের মাসকট এবং অফিসিয়াল থিম সং লঞ্চ করেন শ্রী দিব্যেন্দু বড়ুয়া, দাবা গ্র্যান্ড মাস্টার এবং শ্রী প্রেমজিৎ সেন, রেফারি ও বিচারক, ওয়ার্ল্ড কারাতে ফেডারেশন এবং এশিয়ান কারাতে ফেডারেশনের উপস্থিতিতে। প্রফেসর মনোশী রায়চৌধুরী, কো-চেয়ারপার্সন, টেকনো ইন্ডিয়া গ্রুপ এবং মেঘদূত রায়চৌধুরী, ‘মেক ক্যালকাটা রিলেভেন্ট এগেইন’-এর প্রতিষ্ঠাতা চিফ ইনোভেশন অফিসার এবং টেকনো ইন্ডিয়া গ্রুপের নির্বাহী পরিচালক। অন্যান্য বিশিষ্ট ব্যক্তিরা এবং স্কুলের অধ্যক্ষ যেমন সঙ্গীতা ট্যান্ডন, শ্রী শিক্ষায়তন স্কুল, কলকাতার অধ্যক্ষ, নীতা কানোরিয়া, উইংস প্রি স্কুল, ডে কেয়ার অ্যান্ড অ্যাক্টিভিটি সেন্টারের অধ্যক্ষ, অধ্যাপক শাবিনা এন. ওমর ওএসডি, শিক্ষা অধিদপ্তর, উচ্চ শিক্ষা বিভাগ, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার এবং UEEF এর প্রতিষ্ঠাতা পরিচালক ব্রততী ভট্টাচার্যও সম্মেলনে উপস্থিত ছিলেন। 
অংশগ্রহণকারী স্কুলগুলির জন্য নিবন্ধন প্রক্রিয়া বিনামূল্যে। পূর্ববর্তী সংস্করণগুলির মতো, পৃথক পদক এবং শংসাপত্রগুলি ছাড়াও, শীর্ষ 3টি স্কুলকে পদক তালিকার ক্ষেত্রে যথাক্রমে 50,000/-, 30,000/- এবং 20,000/- টাকার নগদ পুরস্কার প্রদান করা হবে। এছাড়াও, সেরা পারফরমার, 1 ছেলে বা 1 মেয়ের জন্য পুরষ্কার থাকবে৷ সেরা চিয়ারিং স্কুল, ফেয়ার প্লে এবং 5000/- টাকার বিশেষ নগদ পুরষ্কার সহ একটি ট্রফির সাথে একটি স্কুল যা মেডেল ট্যালিতে সেরা গড় পয়েন্ট পাবে (সর্বনিম্ন 5 গেম চেষ্টা করা হয়েছে)। “টেকনো অলিম্পিকা নাইটসের প্রাথমিক লক্ষ্য হল পশ্চিমবঙ্গের শীর্ষ তরুণ ক্রীড়াবিদদের এক ছাদের নীচে একত্রিত করা এবং শিক্ষার ক্ষেত্রে খেলাধুলার প্রচার করা৷ অধিকন্তু, এই উদ্যোগটি খেলাধুলার বিস্তৃত পরিসরের প্রচার এবং জনপ্রিয় করার একটি উপায় হিসাবে কাজ করবে যা প্রায়শই শহরে হাইলাইট করার সুযোগ পায় না। টেকনো অলিম্পিকা নাইটস যা অফার করবে তার চেয়ে শহরে আন্তঃস্কুল খেলাধুলার জন্য এর চেয়ে বড় প্ল্যাটফর্ম আর কখনও ছিল না। টেকনো ইন্ডিয়া গ্রুপের কো-চেয়ারপার্সন অধ্যাপক মনোশী রায়চৌধুরী বলেছেন, এইবার অংশগ্রহণকারী স্কুল এবং ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের সংখ্যা আগের বছরের তুলনায় উল্লেখযোগ্যভাবে বেড়েছে, এইভাবে ইভেন্টের জনপ্রিয়তা যাচাই করছে। প্রতিযোগিতাটি 5-এ-সাইড ফুটবল, ভলি বল, হকি, টেবিল টেনিস, ব্যাডমিন্টন, লং জাম্প, ডিসকাস থ্রো, ব্যক্তিগত রেস/রিলে রেস, ফ্রি স্টাইল সাঁতার, তীরন্দাজ এবং দাবা-এর মতো ক্রীড়া কার্যক্রমকে গর্বিত করে, যা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে নিম্নলিখিত বিভাগ: ছেলে, মেয়ে, জুনিয়র এবং সিনিয়র বিভাগ। টেকনো অলিম্পিকা নাইট টেকনো ইন্ডিয়া, সল্টলেক ক্যাম্পাস, স্পাডি ব্যাডমিন্টন একাডেমি এবং স্পোর্টস অথরিটি অফ ইন্ডিয়া (SAI) কমপ্লেক্স সহ একাধিক স্থানে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। টেকনো ইন্ডিয়া গ্রুপ সম্পর্কে টেকনো ইন্ডিয়া গ্রুপ হল পূর্ব ভারতের বৃহত্তম বেসরকারি শিক্ষা গোষ্ঠী এবং দেশের অন্যতম বৃহত্তম। এখানে অসংখ্য নথিভুক্ত ছাত্র, 5000 ফ্যাকাল্টি এবং স্টাফ সদস্য, 21টি ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং কলেজ (AICTE এবং বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় অনুমোদিত), 12টি বিজনেস স্কুল, 18টি পাবলিক স্কুল (প্লেগ্রুপ থেকে XII), 1 মিলিয়ন প্রাক্তন ছাত্র, 6টি HS স্কুল, 100টি অত্যাধুনিক ক্যাম্পাস রয়েছে৷ মনোশিজ, মানসিক সুস্থতা, টেকনো ইন্ডিয়া দামা হাসপাতাল, ইকো ট্যুরিজম রিসর্ট এবং বিদেশী টাই-আপ সহযোগিতা। গোষ্ঠীটি রাজ্যের প্রথম বেসরকারী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় – টেকনো ইন্ডিয়া ইউনিভার্সিটি নিয়ে এসেছিল।

Kolkata, 24thNovember,2023: Techno India Group, the largest private education group in Eastern India, today, announced the third edition of the inter school sports competition Techno Olympica Knights which will commence on29th November, 2023.This mega sporting event will feature over 850 students from 50 schools across West Bengal. This sporting spectacle will conclude on 4thDecember, 2023.The mascot for the event and the official theme song was launched by Shri Dibyendu Barua, Chess Grand Master & Shri Premjit Sen, Referee & Judge, World Karate Federation & Asian Karate Federation in the presence of Prof Manoshi Roychowdhury, Co-Chairperson, Techno India Group and Meghdut Roychowdhury, Founder of ‘Make Calcutta Relevant Again’ Chief Innovation Officer & Executive Director of Techno India Group.
Other Dignitaries and School Principals such as Sangeeta Tandon, Principal of Shri Shikshayatan School, Kolkata, Neeta Kanoria, Principal of Wings Pre School, Day care & Activity centre, Prof. Shabina N. Omar OSD, Education Directorate, Dept. of Higher Education, Govt of West Bengal and Bratati Bhattacharya, Founder Director, UEEF were also present in the conference.
The registration process is free for the participating schools. Like previous editions, apart from individual medals and certificates, the top 3 schools will be awarded in terms of medals tally with Trophies & Cash Prize worth Rs 50,000/-, Rs 30,000/- & Rs 20,000/-respectively. Also, there will be prizes for Best Performer, 1 Boy or 1 Girl.The Best Cheering School, Fair Play and a Special Cash Prize of Rs.5000/- along with a Trophy to a school who will have best average point at medal tally (minimum 5 games attempted).
“The primary goals of Techno Olympica Knights are to bring together the top young athletes from West Bengal under one roof and to promote sports in education. Furthermore, the initiative will serve as an avenue for promoting and popularising a wide range of sports that donot often have the opportunity to be highlighted in the city. There has never been a greater platform for interschool sports in the city than what Techno Olympica Knights will offer. The number of participating schools and the students this time has gone up significantly from the previous years, thus validating the popularity of the event, said Prof. Manoshi Roychowdhury, Co-Chairperson, Techno India Group.
The competition boasts off sporting activities like 5-a-Side Football, Volley Ball, Hockey, Table tennis, Badminton, Long Jump, Discuss throw, Individual Race/Relay Race, Free Style Swimming, Archery & Chess, which will be held in the following categories: Boys, Girls, Junior & Senior sections. Techno Olympica Knights will be held in multiple locations including Techno India, Salt Lake Campus, Spuddy Badminton Academy &Sports Authority of India (SAI) Complex.
