গোপাল বিশ্বাস , নদীয়া- কিছুটা হলেও ঘটেছে এক জল্পনা। আর সেই জল্পনার অবসান ঘটিয়ে আনুষ্ঠানিক ভাবে প্রকাশ্যে বিজেপিতে যোগ দিলেন কৃষ্ণ নগরের রাজ পরিবারের বর্তমানের রানি মা, অমৃতা দেবী রায়।উল্লেখ থাকে লোকসভা নির্বাচনে কৃষ্ণ নগরে তৃণমূলের মহুয়া মৈত্রের বিরুদ্ধে বিজেপির তরফে কাকে প্রার্থী করা হবে, চারিদিকে যখন শুরু হয়েছিলো গুঞ্জন, তখন বিভিন্ন মহল থেকে ভেসে আসছিলো একাধিক নাম।তার মধ্যে ছিলো কৃষ্ণ নগরের প্রাপ্তন সাংসদ, প্রয়াত সত্যব্রত মুখোপাধ্যায় ওরফে জুলু বাবুর ছেলের নামও ছিলো। তবে সম্প্রতি রাজনৈতিক মহল থেকে শুরু করে সর্বত্রই ভেসে আসছিলো অমৃতা দেবীর নাম। আর দিন যতই এগোচ্ছিলো ততই যেনো জল্পনা বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছিলো, এবারে কৃষ্ণনগরে মহুয়া মৈত্রের বিরুদ্ধে লড়তে পাড়েন অমৃতা দেবী। আর বুধবার সন্ধ্যার পর কার্যত কিছু টা জল্পনার অবসান ঘটিয়ে শুভেন্দু অধিকারীর উপস্থিতিতে আনুষ্ঠানিক ভাবে বিজেপিতে যোগ দেন তিনি। বুধবার শুভেন্দু অধিকারী করিমপুরে সভা থেকে ফেরার পথে কৃষ্ণনগরে বিজেপির লোকসভা নির্বাচনী কার্যালয়ে উপস্থিত হয় আর তার হাত ধরেই রানীমা অমৃতা দেবী রায় যোগ দেন বিজেপিতে। এদিন অমৃতা দেবী ছাড়াও যোগ দেয় তৃণমূল ও সংখ্যালঘু সেল থেকে শতাধিক কর্মী সমর্থক। তবে বিজেপির তরফে এখনো তাদের তৃতীয় প্রার্থী তালিকা প্রকাশ করেনি। আর সেই তালিকায় রয়েছে এই কৃষ্ণ নগর লোকসভা কেন্দ্রটিও। এখন দেখার এই কেন্দ্রে কাকে বিজেপির তরফে প্রার্থী করা হয়। তবে এদিন বিজেপিতে যোগদান করে শুভেন্দু অধিকারীর পাসে বসে তিনি প্রকাশ্যেই মানুষের কাজ করা আর বাংলাকেই তুলে ধরার কথা বলেন, তিনি আরও বলেন যে বাংলা পরে গেছে সেই বাংলাকে তুলে ধরাই হবে মুল লক্ষ্য। সব মিলিয়ে ভোটের ময়দানে মহুয়া মৈত্রের বিরুদ্ধে যদি বিজেপির তরফে অমৃতা দেবী লড়েন, তাহলে কৃষ্ণনগর বাসী তথা এই লোকসভা কেন্দ্রের সাধারণ মানুষ, তাদের রানী মাকে সমর্থন করে, না বিদায়ী সাংসদ মহুয়া মৈত্রকেই পুনরায় সাংসদ হিসেবে নির্বাচিত করে, তা দেখা সময়ের অপেক্ষা।

But recently, the name of Amrita Devi was appearing everywhere, starting from the political circles. And after Wednesday evening, practically ending some speculations, he officially joined the BJP in the presence of Subhendu Adhikari. On Wednesday, Shuvendu Adhikari, on his way back from a meeting in Karimpur, appeared at the BJP’s Lok Sabha election office in Krishnanagar and Ranima Amrita Devi Roy joined the BJP holding her hand.
