শিক্ষাকে পুনরায় সংজ্ঞায়িত করতে রাজারহাট নিউটাউনে শুরু হলো জৈন ফিউচারিস্টিক একাডেমির পথচলা

ইন্দ্রজিৎ আইচঃ কলকাতা, ৯ই নভেম্বর ২০২২: জৈন ফিউচারিস্টিক অ্যাকাডেমি সম্প্রতি ২০২৩-২৪ শিক্ষাবর্ষের জন্য তাদের স্কুল এর পথ চলা শুরু হলো আজ থেকে।এই স্কুল টি রাজারহাট নিউ টাউনে তৈরি হয়েছে। আজ কলকাতার তাজ বেঙ্গল হোটেলে   ব্রাত্য বসু(মাননীয় মন্ত্রী, স্কুল শিক্ষা বিভাগ, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার )এই স্কুলের আনুষ্ঠানিক উদ্বোধন করলেন প্রদীপ জ্বালিয়ে। জৈন ফিউচারিস্টিক অ্যাকাডেমি হল এক ধরণের বিকল্প পরীক্ষামূলক স্কুল যা কলকাতার নিউ টাউনে একটি মূলধারার স্কুল হিসাবে প্রতিষ্ঠা করা হচ্ছে। স্কুলের এক-দফা উদ্দেশ্য হল শিক্ষার্থীদের এমন একটি জায়গা প্রদান করা যেখানে তারা তাদের ভবিষ্যত জীবনের জন্য শিক্ষা অর্জন করতে পারে, এমন একটি জায়গা যেখানে তারা ভবিষ্যতের জন্য দক্ষতা তৈরি করতে সক্ষম হয়। স্কুলটি শ্রী এস এস জৈন সভার একটি উদ্যোগ, যেটি গত ৯৪ বছর ধরে শিক্ষা, মেডিসিন এবং কমিউনিটি সার্ভিসের ক্ষেত্রে ইয়োমান পরিষেবা প্রদান করে আসছে।

ব্রাত্য বসু, দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত মাননীয় মন্ত্রী, স্কুল শিক্ষা বিভাগ, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার, এই উদ্বোধন করে বলেন, “শিক্ষা হল সবচেয়ে বড় অস্ত্র যা আপনি একজন ব্যক্তিকে দিতে পারেন এবং জৈন ফিউচারিস্টিক একাডেমি এর অভিজ্ঞতামূলক শিক্ষা আমাদের ভবিষ্যত প্রজন্মকে শক্তিশালী করবেশিক্ষা হল সবচেয়ে বড় অস্ত্র যা আপনি একজন ব্যক্তিকে দিতে পারেন এবং জৈন ফিউচারিস্টিক একাডেমি এর অভিজ্ঞতামূলক শিক্ষা আমাদের ভবিষ্যত প্রজন্মকে শক্তিশালী করবে”। জয়দীপ পাটওয়া,  সেক্রেটারি, এসপিকে জৈন ফিউচারিস্টিক অ্যাকাডেমি বলেছেন, “শিক্ষার পদ্ধতি যা আমরা প্রাথমিক স্তর পর্যন্ত পূর্ব ভারতে একটি ভিন্ন শিক্ষাবিদ্যা এবং এরকম প্রথমবার গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে। এই শিক্ষাবিদ্যা আন্তর্জাতিকভাবে শেখার একটি সুপ্রতিষ্ঠিত উপায়। প্রায় সব উন্নত দেশই এই শিক্ষার পথ অনুসরণ করছে। আমরা স্থানকবাসী জৈন সভার লোকেরা পুঙ্খানুপুঙ্খ সমীক্ষার পরে এই নতুন শিক্ষার পদ্ধতি গ্রহণ করেছি যা বৈজ্ঞানিকভাবে পরিকল্পিত এবং সুপ্রতিষ্ঠিত। এই ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের কারণ অনেক কিন্তু সময় সংযমের কারণে আমি একটি দিক নিয়ে আলোচনা করব যা একটি শিশুর মস্তিষ্কের স্তর এবং উপলব্ধি করার ক্ষমতার সাথে সম্পর্কিত। মূলত তিন প্রকার শিশু। একজন যারা শোনা থেকে শেখে, দ্বিতীয় যারা দেখা থেকে শেখে এবং পরবর্তী যারা শুধুমাত্র অভিজ্ঞতা থেকে শেখে”।

জৈন ফিউচারিস্টিক অ্যাকাডেমি কলকাতার নিউ টাউনে ২ -একর ক্যাম্পাসে একটি অত্যাধুনিক  ১.৬ লক্ষ বর্গফুট ব্যাপী ভবন প্রতিষ্ঠা করেছে। স্কুলটি এমনভাবে ডিজাইন করা হয়েছে যা শুধুমাত্র শ্রেণীকক্ষের দেয়ালে সীমাবদ্ধ নয় বরং ক্যাম্পাসের যেকোনো জায়গায় শিক্ষার প্রচার করে। তারা অন্তর্নির্মিত উঠান এবং খেলার সুবিধা সহ বিভিন্ন স্তরের জন্য একাধিক ক্লাস্টার তৈরি করেছে। প্রতিটি ক্লাস্টার সংজ্ঞায়িত বয়স গোষ্ঠীর নিজ নিজ শিশুদের চাহিদা মেটাতে সজ্জিত।

তারা যোগ্য শিক্ষক এবং একাডেমিক নেতাদের অন-বোর্ডিং নিশ্চিত করেছে যারা শিক্ষকতা এবং প্রশাসনিক পদে ২৫+ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন। শিক্ষকদের এমনভাবে প্রশিক্ষিত করা হবে যাতে তারা শিক্ষার্থীদের যে শিক্ষা প্রদান করে তা শিশুদের আজকের এবং আগামীকালের জন্য সজ্জিত করে। অনুষ্ঠানে আরও উপস্থিত ছিলেন জয়দীপ পাটওয়া,  সচিব, দর্শন মুথা, পরিচালক এবং আগত প্রতিষ্ঠাতা অধ্যক্ষ শতাব্দী ভট্টাচার্য।

Kolkata, November 9, 2022: Jain Futuristic Academy recently started its school journey for the academic year 2023-24 from today. This school has been built in Rajarhat New Town. Bratya Basu (Hon’ble Minister, Department of School Education, Government of West Bengal) formally inaugurated the school by lighting a lamp at Taj Bengal Hotel in Kolkata today. Jain Futuristic Academy is a kind of alternative experimental school that is being established as a mainstream school in New Town, Kolkata. The school’s one-point objective is to provide students with a place where they can gain education for their future lives, a place where they are able to build skills for the future. The school is an initiative of Shri S.S. Jain Sabha, which has been providing Yeoman services in the fields of education, medicine and community services for the last 94 years. Bratya Basu, Hon’ble Minister in-charge, Department of School Education, Government of West Bengal, inaugurated the event and said, “Education is the biggest weapon that you can give to a person and the experiential education of Jain Futuristic Academy will strengthen our future generations. Jaideep Patwa, Secretary, SPK Jain Futuristic Academy, said, “The method of education that we use up to the primary level is a different pedagogy in Eastern India and has been adopted for the first time like this. This pedagogy is a well-established way of learning internationally. Almost all developed countries are following this path of education. We, the people of the Sthanakvasi Jain Sabha, have adopted this new method of education after a thorough survey which is scientifically designed and well-established. The reasons for taking this measure are many but due to time restraint, I will discuss one aspect that relates to a child’s brain level and ability to perceive. There are basically three types of children. One who learns from listening, the second who learns from seeing, and the latter who learns only from experience.”
Jain Futuristic Academy has set up a state-of-the-art 1.6 lakh square feet building on a 2-acre campus in New Town, Kolkata. The school is designed in a way that is not limited to classroom walls only but promotes education anywhere on campus. They have created multiple clusters for different levels, including built-in courtyards and play facilities. Each cluster is equipped to meet the needs of their respective children in the defined age group.
They have ensured the on-boarding of qualified teachers and academic leaders who have 25+ years of experience in teaching and administrative positions. Teachers will be trained in such a way that the education they impart to the students equips the children for today and tomorrow. Also present on the occasion were Joydeep Patwa, Secretary, Darshan Mutha, Director and incoming Founding Principal Shatabdi Bhattacharya.
