কলকাতা, ২৮ জুন: উল্টো রথের শুভ দিনে হাজরা পার্ক দুর্গোৎসব, আজ যতীন দাস পার্কে (হাজরা ক্রসিং) খুঁটি পুজোর সাথে সাথে শুভ শারদীয় অনুষ্ঠানের সূচনা করে দিল। হাজরা পার্ক দুর্গোৎসব তার উদ্ভাবনী ধারণা এবং উদযাপনের শৈলীর জন্য শহরের অন্যতম আকর্ষণীয় পুজো। এই পুজো বিশেষভাবে বিখ্যাত তার অনন্য শৈলীর প্যান্ডেলের জন্য। এছাড়াও এই পুজো কমিটি সারা বছর ধরে যে সামাজিক কাজ করে থাকে তার জন্যও তারা যথেষ্ট পরিচিত।
অনুষ্ঠানটি বিভিন্ন বিশিষ্ট ব্যক্তিদের উপস্থিতিতে উজ্জ্বল হয়ে উঠেছিল। অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন শ্রী শোভনদেব চট্টোপাধ্যায় কৃষিমন্ত্রী, শ্রী সায়ন দেব চ্যাটার্জী, হাজরা পার্ক দুর্গোৎসব কমিটির যুগ্ম সম্পাদক সহ আরও অনেক বিশিষ্ট ব্যক্তিত্ব। সারা শহর জুড়ে উল্টো রথযাত্রা সম্পন্ন হওয়ার সাথে সাথে, হাজরা পার্ক দুর্গোৎসবে ঢাক বাজিয়ে সূচনা হয়ে গেল আসন্ন দুর্গা পুজোর। হাজরা পার্ক দুর্গোৎসব তাদের ঐতিহ্য এবং সৃজনশীলতার সঙ্গে ৮১ তম বছর উদযাপন করছে এ বছর।
সংবাদমাধ্যমের সঙ্গে আলোচনার সময় হাজরা পার্ক দুর্গোৎসব কমিটির জয়েন্ট সেক্রেটারি শ্রী সায়ন দেব চ্যাটার্জী বলেন, “৮০ তম বর্ষের বিশাল সাফল্যের পর যার থিম ছিল “তান্ডব”, আমরা একাধিক পুরস্কার পেয়েছি, হাজরা পার্ক দুর্গোৎসবের পুরো টিম এই বছরের জন্য সম্পূর্ণভাবে প্রস্তুত। সমস্ত থিম পুজোর মাঝে, আমাদের পুজো কেমন চমক নিয়ে আসছে, তার জন্য অপেক্ষা করুন। আমরা আত্মবিশ্বাসী যে এই বছরও মানুষ আমাদের প্রচেষ্টার প্রশংসা করবে।” তিনি সকলকে পরিবার ও বন্ধুদের সাথে পুজোয় আসার আমন্ত্রণ জানান।
Kolkata, 28th June 2023: Hazra Park Durgotsab heralded the autumnal ritual with the Khuti Puja today on the auspicious occasion of Ulta Rath Yatra to mark the start of Durga puja proceedings this year at Jatin Das Park (Hazra crossing). Hazra Park Durgotsab is one of the eye catcher puja of the city for its innovative concept and celebration style. This Puja is particularly famous for its unique style of pandals and also for the social work which the committee carries out throughout the year.
The occasion was glittered by the presence of various eminent personalities like: Sri. Sovandeb Chattopadhyay, Minister of Agriculture, Govt of WB; Sri. Sayan Deb Chatterjee, Joint Secretary of Hazra Park Durgotsab Committee & many other eminent personalities.
With Ulta Rath Yatra happening all over the city, Hazra Park Durgotsab marked the heralding of the Durga Puja with the presence of renowned personalities with Dhaks playing alongside. Hazra Park Durgotsab takes immense pride to celebrate the 81st year with much opulence and creativity.
Speaking to the media, Sri. Sayan Deb Chatterjee, Joint Secretary of Hazra Park Durgotsab Committee said, “After the huge success of the 80th year with its theme as “TANDAV” where we received multiple awards, the entire team of Hazra Park Durgotsab is fully charged up for this year. In the midst of theme pujas all over, just wait and watch for our part of glitters. We are confident that people would appreciate our effort this year too.” he added inviting everyone to come to the puja with family and friends.
