গোপাল বিশ্বাস, নদীয়া- সোমবার ইংরেজি নববর্ষের দিনে সকলেই ব্যাস্ত নিজেদের মতোন করে দিনটকে পালন বা কাটাতে। ইংরেজি নববর্ষের পাশাপাশি এই দিনটির গুরুত্ব আরও রয়েছে, তা হলো এই দিনটি দেশ জুড়ে পালিত হয় কল্পতরু উৎসব হিসেবেও। দেশজুড়ে রামকৃষ্ণ মিশনের সকল শাখা কেন্দ্রে শ্রদ্ধার সাথে মহাসমারোহে পালিত হয় এই কল্পতরু উৎসব। দেশের অন্যান্য জায়গার পাশাপাশি নবদ্বীপ রামকৃষ্ণ মিশনেও ০১.০১.২০২৪, সোমবার পালিত হল কল্পতরু উৎসব। নবদ্বীপ রামকৃষ্ণ মিশনের সম্পাদক স্বামী অমরেশ্বরানন্দ জী বলেন শ্রীরামকৃষ্ণ ভাব-আন্দোলনের অন্যতম উল্লেখযোগ্য দিন এটি। সে কারণে সর্বত্রই এই দিনটি বিশেষ মর্যাদার সাথে পালিত হয়, নবদ্বীপ রামকৃষ্ণ মিশনেও এই দিনটি পালন করা হয়। এদিন ভোরবেলা থেকেই আশ্রমের নাটমন্দিরে অনুরাগী ভক্তদের সমাগম হয়, অনেকেই জপ-ধ্যান করেন। এইদিন শ্রীরামকৃষ্ণের বিশেষ পূজা অনুষ্ঠিত হয় শ্রীমন্দিরে। সন্ধ্যায় প্রার্থনার পর এই বিশেষ দিন তথা কল্পতরু উৎসবের ওপর আলোচনা করেন নবদ্বীপ রামকৃষ্ণ মিশনের সভাপতি ডাঃ শিহরণ চক্রবর্তী।
Gopal Biswas, Nadia – Monday is the day of English New Year, everyone is busy celebrating or spending their day in their own way. Apart from the English New Year, this day has more significance as it is also celebrated as a Kalpataru festival across the country. This magnificent festival is celebrated with great solemnity in all branch centers of Ramakrishna Mission across the country. Apart from other places in the country, Kalpataru festival was celebrated in Navadwip Ramakrishna Mission on 01.01.2024, Monday. Swami Amareshwarananda ji, editor of Navadwip Ramakrishna Mission, said this is one of the most significant days of the Sri Ramakrishna movement. That is why this day is celebrated with special dignity everywhere, even at Navadwip Ramakrishna Mission. Devotees gather at the Ashram’s natmandir from early morning, many of them chant and meditate. On this day special puja of Sri Ramakrishna is held in Sri Mandir. After the evening prayers, Dr. Shiharan Chakraborty, president of Navadwip Ramakrishna Mission, discussed about this special day and Kalpataru festival.
