মাত্র ৪ বছর সময়ের মধ্যে P&C গ্রুপ, একটি বিখ্যাত গ্রুমিং একাডেমি হিসেবে পরিণত হয়েছে। সমস্ত বয়সের ব্যক্তিদের জন্য ব্যাপক প্রশিক্ষণ এবং সাজসজ্জা প্রদানের মাধ্যমে রোল মডেল তৈরিতে বিশ্বাস করে। এদিনের অংশগ্রহণকারীরা অন্যান্য রাজ্য ছাড়াও রাজ্যের বিভিন্ন পটভূমি এবং অঞ্চল থেকে আসা, শারীরিক, মানসিক এবং মানসিক বিকাশের উপর দৃষ্টি নিবদ্ধ করে ছয় মাস ধরে একটি রূপান্তরমূলক যাত্রার মধ্য দিয়ে যায়। তাদের যাত্রার শীর্ষস্থানটি গ্র্যান্ড বার্ষিক ইভেন্টে একটি জমকালো ফ্যাশন শো দ্বারা চিহ্নিত করা হয়। আর সবচেয়ে উল্লেখযোগ্য বিষয় হলো ফেস অফ ওয়েস্ট বেঙ্গল এ চেহারা এবং রূপ টাই মূল বিষয় নয়। সকল বিচারক মন্ডলী সাংবাদিকদের বলেন আমরা উপরের রং রূপ ফর্সা কালো মোটা পাতলা চেহারা দেখে বিচার করবো না। আমরা দেখবো প্রতিযোগীদের মনের অন্দরের রূপ এবং সৌন্দর্য্য এবং রুচিশীলতা।

Leaving the high-paying job of the corporate world, Bilkis devoted himself to preparing new boys and girls in all aspects. Spring Club Kolkata was abuzz with glamor and talent as the P&C Group (Parveen & Chatterjee OPC Pvt Ltd) hosted the fourth edition of the annual P&C Face West Bengal and Calendar Launch. The three-day extravaganza, which began on January 12 last, culminated in a spectacular and exciting grand finale on Sunday, January 14, in the presence of dignitaries.
In just 4 years, P&C Group has become a renowned grooming academy. Believes in creating role models by providing comprehensive training and grooming for individuals of all ages. The participants of the day, coming from various backgrounds and regions of the state besides other states, undergo a six-month transformational journey focusing on physical, mental and emotional development. The culmination of their journey is marked by a lavish fashion show at the grand annual event. And the most significant thing is that in Face of West Bengal, looks and appearance are not the main thing. All the judges told reporters that we will not judge by looking at the above color, fair, black, fat, thin appearance. We will see the inner form and beauty and tastefulness of the contestants.
